The paint department is very helpful, always take the time to help. Any questions ask for Mike, Steve, Brenda or Brandon they usually resolve any questions very busy but knowledgeable. I should’ve listen to their recommendations. I should’ve bought the primer. I now need to scrap and repaint the ceiling.
Great prices, I love the rebate checks, I bought our dishwasher with it.

Worst customer service ever! I went there three times this week, each time was not a good experience. Every time we asked where something was we were pointed that way. Found it our selfs. Was going to buy some paint. While at the cashiers the paint was dropped and some paint was leaking out. The cashier saiid it looked fine, but if I wanted a new one I would have to go back and get it. I declined! My daughter found the hardwood area, all we needed was one sheet of treated plywood. The employee told her we had to take our car to the back of the store and get it there. Had to do that yesterday, again not a good experience. My daughter found the wood herself and put it in the cart. Again no help from Menards. That’s just a few I have more, but I am done with the BC Menards! Lowe’s now has my business. Always have had great service in the Kalamazoo stores.
