Battle Ground Auto Licenses

DO NOT GO HERE OR USE THEM FOR ONLINE SERVICES! They don’t answer the phone, ever. On top of that, your voice mails and private information is being played in front of EVERYONE! The owner Sharon needs to make some changes.
First thing I did was update my address online. My ID arrived fine at the new address (I assume it was shipped from the real DMV). I renewed my tags online at the same time and this location was to send them. That was January 9^th. They never arrived. I left a message 3 days in a row (January 28, 29, 30) with no response. I then went in person. I then had to return with my wife. This is 6 attempts to get my tags renewed like an upstanding citizen.
They have no organization, better keep track of who’s turn it is.
Avoid at all costs.
I will be filing a complaint about the voice mails being played for EVERYONE TO HEAR!

A nice friendly place to get all your questions asked. They are very friendly helping you with your vehicle licensing. The interior décor is very Country and Western.
