A good standard Mexican restaurant. They have some good authentic Mexican combinations. Interior looks like any other Mexican place. You get free chips with two kinds of salsas, red and green. I really like the portion sizes here and the big plates they give you. I usually go for the combination with enchiladas, burrito, and tacos. Of course, you gotta get margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. If you get fajitas, it comes out on a hot sizzling skillet. All the food I have had here is really good and filling. Service has been really good just doing their job but I feel like they can be a bit more friendly and smile. Just depends if you speak spanish or not. I’m a little sad that they don’t have horchata though. Overall, it is not too Americanized and you can have a decent Mexican meal here.

I have to say… This place is AUTHENTIC, with a capital«A»! I’m not used to eating such Mexican food… Tex-Mex is more my style, but I’ve got to say that I actually really loved this place… Made me feel like I’m actually kind-of in Mexico! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The service was good, and the food was delicious. I had the lobster enchilada with white enchilada sauce instead of red enchilada sauce. Sooo good! The beans and rice were amazing, also… I’m usually not a big fan of beans and rice, but this time I decided to try it, and was very glad I did! They didn’t skimp on the cheese to top the beans… It was very flavorful and cheesy. I enjoyed my dinner here; would definitely recommend coming here! I know I will :) Also, the chips and salsa they serve before your meal were very good, too. Loved the food.

Let’s see, where to start? This is the best Mexican restaurant in our area as far as I’m concerned, because: A.) Chili Poppers: these little nuggets are perfect, have creamy yet slightly sour cream cheese, and come with a great sweet dipping sauce. B.) Salsa: it’s nice and spicy(not the chunky ketchup found at many restaurants), and comes in both red and green. The green has a great onion flavor. The chips are warm and like no other. If it wasn’t totally impolite, I could fill up on these alone. C.) All the delicious entrees: Crab enchilada, tres amigos, and steak fajitas(you can hear them sizzling your way from the kitchen as soon as they are done) are my favorites. There is nothing more to say about these than that they are perfect. D.) For some reason, they have really good diet Pepsi. Maybe it’s the halo effect? E.) They have those little mint chocolate hard candies. The ones that really shouldn’t taste good on paper, but really hit the spot when gorged on Mexican fare. F.) No weird, non-Mexican servers. It seems like everyone is family, or at least really good at faking it. No pasty white dudes with eyebrow rings trying to up sell you on desert here. Feels like a slice of Mexico. G. Huge portions. Can easily share fajitas after chips and small appetizer. If you are in the mood for food, get fajitas for two and go buck nutty.

This is our staple Mexican place in BG. Family owned and very good. They bring you 2 salsas a red and green. I always go for the green it’s really good. The Burrito Supreme with chicken and rancho beans is what I always get. It’s very good and it’s huge! I always end up taking ½ of it home. Everything is made fresh to order. I wish I knew how they make their green salsa because it rocks!

After reading the reviews I’m surprise we even come here. So glad we didn’t go by the reviews alone. The good here is very, very scrumptious! I honestly wasn’t expecting as good as it was. I ordered the shrimp cocktail($ 13) and my mom got the enchilada combo($ 8) Everything was perfect and taaaaasty! The prices are very affordable and the serving sizes were big. The only negative was the service. They aren’t very attentive but that might be due to the fact that they were packed and they had a huge party of 25 in our same room. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The nachos are the best I’ve ever tasted! Loved them! Nice waiters, too! Family friendly.
