Took my phone in because it wasn’t working. They couldn’t get it working and insisted it was a software problem. Wanted to sell me a new phone. Got home and found it was the volume control stuck. It started working right away. Returned the new phone telling them my other one was fine. I had called back same day to tell them my old one worked. Got bad return info from first person. Returned next day after researching. Found out they are not a corporate store so can charge higher prices than Verizon stores. They charged me $ 50. Restocking fee instead of $ 35. Verizon charges. Not happy. Will deal online or corporate stores. Saw other customers shocked by all the add on charges besides the phone. Should disclose up front.

I came in for a problem i was having with my phone, and they couldn’t wait to get me out the door once they realized that I wasn’t going to replace it or upgrade my service. It’s clear that at the corporate level, their prime directive is to generate revenue not build relationships. The clerk fiddled with my phone for a moment and said there was nothing they could do, but maybe I could try a repair shop across town. As it turned out the issue was only temporary, and I was able to resolve it myself with a little investigation, investigation that the clerk was either unable or disinclined to help. The some manager was somewhere in between surly and aloof and no help at all. His job seems to be to push the floor staff to make sales numbers without concern for existing customers who are locked into term agreements. I almost feel bad for the staff and even the manager that they’re placed in a situation that values immediate revenue over long-term customer relationships. With that said I will never go back to this store for assistance or future purchases.

I am very impressed with how easy and enjoyable my experience was. As a former salesman, I admit that I have higher expectations when it comes to customer service, but I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and he was remarkably professional and personable. He got me the exact phone I wanted, an awesome value for my trade in phone, some killer prices on some great accessories and most importantly he made good use of my time. I’m sure everyone here is on top of their game, but if you are looking for an amazing experience make sure to get with Ryan.

After writing the following review I was contacted by a Go Wireless Rep who read it and the situation was resolved a week or two later. While I still believe the whole thing should have never happened, at least it was finally made right. I would consider using Go Wireless again but will never use the Battle Ground Wa. location. Original review: From being told we would have to wait 2 to 3 additional days to receive a «have to order» iphone that they had in their possession because they couldn’t get the SKU right, to failing to transfer our current phone number to the phone as we repeatedly told them to do & was assured had been done, our experience with Go Wireless was less than desirable! At first call to have them switch the number I was told«we don’t have time to do it right now.» And we were dealing with the manager! Then we get our first bill & we find out my company discount had not been applied to the plan THEMANAGER quoted. Then we were told they could apply the discount to a different plan but we would get less data for more money after the discount was applied. I have made repeated phone calls and they have shown no good-faith effort to remedy the situation.

I have decided that the next time I get a phone, I am going to get it from GoWireless. I made the mistake of getting my phone at Costco but once I had the phone, they were never able to help me, or not willing to. I have taken my «Costco purchased» phone to GoWireless several times and they are always willing to help me. You can go to any of th GoWireless stores. Today I happened to go to the Battle Ground store and I was not disappointed. The two associates were personable and really tried to help me with my phone. Again, not a phone I purchased there, but they still did not turn their back on me. I will definitely continue using Verizon as long as they keep GoWireless.
