Ordered 2 pizzas via internet. After long wait, checked ‘pizza tracker’ which said was cooked and out for delivery. More wait, pizza tracker said pizza was delivered and ‘hope you are enjoying your pizza’, but no pizza arrived. Called dominos they said delivery person just leaving. Asked why pizza tracker said already delivered some time ago, but no good explanation. They said pizza would still be hot. Eventually pizza delivered, delivery person said no worries, pizzas are kept hot. Finally ate pizza, barely warm. This dominos is not being honest, and probably is fudging their delivery time stats by saying pizzas are already delivered when they haven’t even left the store. The store by the way, is only a couple miles away from house.

They make a Cheese Bacon Pizza my wife and I adore. SO good. Love this stuff. Plus, the teller is always kind an gentle-​hearted. I appreciate how they operate and what they make.

I really enjoyed my service here, the CSR girl was super friendly and out going, & the pizza was made phenomenally, super fast & the crust was super great!
the staff was also super friendly and made sure my pizza was made with love and care!

We ordered two medium pizzas, one hand-​tossed and one thin-​crust, and chicken wings. When our order was delivered, both pizzas were thin-​crust and we discovered the chicken wings were raw after we started eating them. When we called to complain, the employee did not seem to care and refused to refund our money, instead offering a coupon. I know this is just a pizza joint, but some basic compassion and customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect. Raw chicken — seriously?
