Yeah… McDonald’s. Not expecting awesome, but maybe just once they could get an order semi-right. Example: This morning, 930am. The kid had nearly a 4.0 on her report card and wanted a McFlurry and pancakes as a treat. I thought«Sure, why not?». Well, I have an answer for my own question… When I ordered at the intercom I accidentally gave the wrong meal number. The guy didn’t say«Does everything look right on the screen?», but I noticed that it said McMuffin instead of McGriddle and told him«Oh, hey, sorry… But both of those sandwiches should be McGriddles, not McMuffins». He interrupted me and said«You can just fix that at the window». I got to Window1 and the gal said«McGriddles, not McMuffins, right?», and I answered«Yes, thank you!» thinking to myself they might actually have it together today. Nope! Got to Window2 and the gal hands me the McFlurry and the OJ, and disappears for a moment… Comes back and hands me a bag then disappears again without saying anything. I didn’t know if that was everything(since they normally say something… «Thanks», «Have a good day», anything?) so I was waiting until she was coming back to the window and my daughter was checking the bag, and the woman finally comes back and says«Thats it!» and leaves again. Well, alrighty then. Off we go. We get home to find a McGriddle with no egg, or cheese and a McMuffin. Neither of these were hot. Not even warm, really. Room temp at best. My daughters pancake breakfast was also just tepid, not hot. What a crappy«treat» for my daughters hard work all semester… The only thing right was the McFlurry!

The meat in their burgers is awful and their prices have gone up a lot.

Had to wait a few minutes for French fries and the manager was so nice and apologetic! Great service for a fast food establishment!

The food is fine, just like any other McDonald restaurant. But the reason I gave this place only 3 stars was because the drive thru was a very long wait and at first we thought it was because of the cars ahead, but when we went to get our order it took forever! We only ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, and large fries. We get this a lot for a ride home from other McDonald restaurants, and it didn’t take them nearly as long.

This is by far one of the WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been too! They frequently get your order wrong. I honestly have NO idea why we keep trying this location. They have over charged several times & the quality of the food is usually terrible, never hot enough, fries are always filled only half way. Just this morning it took the woman at the front counter 10 minutes to enter my order which was a bacon egg & cheese biscuit meal, sausage burrito & an egg white delite with bacon & biscuit. She tried charging me $ 17 for what was supposed to be $ 11 order. FINALLY, after I kept protesting, she asks for help from the drive thru person & they fix it with the crappiest of attitudes. I get to the car & find I’m shorted a hashbrown so I go back in & get it. Then back at the car, I discover one of the sandwiches is COMPLETELY wrong. Instead of a egg white delite with bacon & biscuit, they have me a sausage egg muffin(no cheese). I had to go back in AGAIN& get the correct sandwich only to discover back at the car, they had put SWISSCHEESE on it instead of the white american. If you want good food, try Taco Bell down the road. Seriously this place is very much lacking in service & quality. Be sure to check your order so you are NOT over charged because it does happen.

What did you expect? The food is okay if you need a quick fix, but some items are better than others. This location had been remodeled some time ago, so it’s nicer than some locations nearby. However, during the school week, between 2:30 and 4 pm, it’s typically full of rowdy kids. Let’s be honest, it’s an annoyance. I’ve been out of school for a few years. It’s the last thing I want to think about when I’m quietly eating in the corner, feeling totally empty inside.
