I love this place! We have some food sensitivity and allergies in our family and to have a fast food place that can accommodate that is great! I can get a gluten free bun and be able to enjoy a yummy burger, my daughter can get a vegetarian burger and my husband can get a lactose free milk shake! Love love love ask the options available! The gf buns and veggie burgers are good too!

This is a regional burger joint which utilizes local ingredients. They get most of their inventory from local sources such as Tillamook cheese. This calls for higher prices on their menu. The burger meat is better than other fast food joint because it is not a frozen disc and is actually a meat patty. They have fresh seasonal products throughout the year such as: walla walla onion rings, shoestring rosemary fries, asparagus, and strawberries. They are also famous for their BV spread which is in most of their sandwiches. The shakes are also really good and can substitute the ice cream for yogurt, for a healthier option. Yes, it is priced above average and can be ridiculous for a family meal. I feel like the portion sizes can be a little bigger too. Just like any other fast food joints, this placed is filled with high school employees. Since they make everything when it’s ordered, it is a longer wait than the usual ‘fast food’ time. When it gets busy, the lobby and seating areas can get a bit messy and dirty. I hope this place can pick up their act, because the food is decent but everything else is a thumbs down.

I love Burgerville VERY much. Delicious, natural, well prepared food at a decent price. But when I walked into Burgerville in Battleground, WA I was not only disappointed but disgusted by the environment. Not only were the tables covered in trash and old bits of food, but they had over 12 people working this shift. There is no excuse for how unsanitary it was. As an added bonus, I got to witness front row from register 1 this whale of a woman who somehow had sucked enough people off to gain rank as Manager verbally badgering one of the poor hispanic girls working on the grill. Very unprofessional, and their chicken tenders tasted like shit. Never coming back!!!

Well… basically I don’t get the hype, I’m still new around here and never even heard of BV until everyone raved about it… so I went, ate, and bounced. It wasn’t bad by any means, but seriously what’s the big deal? I honestly would get a bk whopper before I ever eat here again! The price was my biggest complaint I guess, like $ 13 for a burger, fries and drink. Not worth it! Sorry BV, I guess I’m not a fan.

Ya know… When a family of 4 puts down over $ 40 for drive thru burgers, the least… the VERY least the burger place can do is ensure that ALL of the food ordered makes into the bags for the drive thru customers who wouldn’t realize their $ 6 side dish(large order of asparagus spears) wasn’t among the food items until they got home. And frankly, the grilled chicken breast sandwich was terrible. The chicken was super dry.

The food there is never bad. The customer service howerer. I had Grant(Mr personality) take my order. Clearly he was pissed off, not in a good mood what so ever! When he brought my food to me he literally dropped it on my table. In the mean time they were doing interviews. Let’s hope they hire someone with better attitude. When I spend 12 bucks on some chicken tenders. I do not need it literally dropped off at me.

Their price are always oh so high but the food is always good. I love those rosemary shoestring fries. A on food taste, B on quantity, D on price.

I go here for lunch quite often. I usually go through drive through but they have always gotten my order correct and not a mistake has been made yet. A little spendy but it’s quality

Considering this is fast food, the quality is very good. The milkshakes and onion rings are amazing and everything tasted fresh. This food is almost able to compete with normal restaurants. I only got to try it because I was in the area visiting family and I wish the Bay Area in CA would get one!

Burgerville is so consistently good. The only downside of this one is it’s not quite big enough for the after church crowd in Battle Ground…

As fast food restaurants go, Burgerville is head and shoulders above the rest. At least what passes for fast food in the Portland area, anyway. Local products, Oregon Country Beef, seasonal Walla Walla onion rings, excellent veggie burgers, and that crack-like Burgerville spread. I’ll pay the extra to get good quality ingredients any time, and that’s why I choose Burgerville every time. This location left me feeling a bit underwhelmed, however. We recently visited on our way up to St. Helens and ordered a spicy Anasazi bean burger basket and a colossal bacon cheeseburger basket with onion rings. The burger was decently tasty and the onion rings were, as they always are, delicious. Seriously. So good. The Anasazi bean burger was delivered with no cheese and barely any sauce. My associate wasn’t stoked and asked the counter person to make it right. He definitely got some confused looks/attitude from them, and it took quite a while to make it right. When it came back, the cheese was unmelted on the burger and not a ton of sauce. Just sort of a meh version of the usual offering(this is something I get often from B’ville). It wasn’t that busy, it’s not hard to make these things right(you do it all day) but hey, mistakes get made. Just don’t cop a ‘tude when we point it out and ask you to fix it. Not when we’re paying over $ 8 for a combo meal. Otherwise my food was good, and totally hit the spot. A-OK.

Burgerville is my go-to place when I need a quick and yummy bite to eat. It blows Burger King and McDonald’s clear out the water when it comes to taste and value. I especially like that their products are mostly natural and aren’t frozen or heavily processed. This is pretty much my In-N-Out substitute while I’m home.

Yummy fast food! I love that they use natural meats and local produce!!! I had a delicious cheeseburger, sweet potato fries, and a pumpkin shake. The shake was unbelievable! It tasted like pumpkin pie creaminess!

My first Burgerville experience!!! Burger was pretty good but not as good as I was expecting, probably because it was already too hyped by my northwesties. I thought the rosemary fries(seasonal) were pretty delicious but they were a little too salty and oily for my taste. Therefore this specific location gets 3 stars. I WILL definitely try a shake my next visit though!

Very environmentally conscious. Food and service are great too. Burgerville is a great example for the rest of fast food.

I had the Half Pound Colossal Cheeseburger meal. 10 dollars for a burger, some fries, and a drink… for fast food? I’m not sold on the price. but I’ve never been here so I didn’t really mind the prices. but I don’t think I’d go again.

I would have given Burgerville 5 stars but two things prevented me from doing so. The prices and the service. Let me say that have great food. Always fresh toppings for the burgers. The fries are tasty. Milkshakes and salads too. But their prices are very HIGH! Expect to spend $ 8-$ 10(including taxes) per person if you want a burger, drink, and fries. If you want a milkshake instead of a soda that’s an extra couple of bucks. The service is OK, at best and if they are having a good day. It is generally very slow and there have been a number of times my order has been wrong. Seems to happen more often when going through the drive-thru. One time I went through the drive-thru and got all the way home before I realized it wasn’t even my order(didn’t open the bag until I got home). I had to go all the way back. They fixed it, but never really apologized for it. And didn’t offer me any compensation or anything for my having to come back.

I come up to Washington every summer for vacation and one of the«must do» items is a trip to Burgerville for Walla Walla sweet onion rings. Heaven. The burgers are good, the seasonal shakes are outstanding, and I really like the sustainable ag, local grown, hormone and cage free philosophy of this place. PS. My niece assures me the chocolate-hazelnut shakes(a winter seasonal) are to die for.
