Michelle is awesome. Prices are competitive service is outstanding. She will do everything to make sure she delivers the games to your event I will definitely use her again for rentals.

We just hosted a sports themed party that included 40+ kids. Michelle delivered, set up and picked up a basketball arcade game, foosball table and two golf putting greens all by herself. She pretty much kicks a$$. She was also very responsive to my concern that we use practice golf balls instead of real ones because of all the windows in our venue. The kids LOVED the party setup and keeping them entertained allowed adults to also enjoy the party.
Even though we didn’t have a lot of communication in advance, everything was right where it needed to be, on time… and also picked up promptly. I would hire her again in a flash.

I’m honestly shocked there aren’t more reviews for this business here. It sounds like they offer a variety of services, including fixing arcade machines and supplying games to other businesses. I used T Minus One to rent a Dance Dance Revolution machine for my wedding and it was an absolute hit! They were also able to throw in a foosball table and another smaller old school arcade game for free, which really touched me. Maybe it was just the craziness of the day, but seeing my guests old and young play the foosball table just brought me so much joy. There are really no words to describe that feeling.
Although I never got to meet the owners in person, communicating with Michelle via e-​mail was super super easy – she is efficient, responsive, and very thoughtful. Delivery, set-​up, and clean-​up was quick and painless. And most importantly, our guests loved the games! I wish I could load videos onto Unilocal so that everyone can see my two bridesmaids having a DDR showdown in their fancy dresses! As with the foosball table, these are the kinds of memories I find priceless :)

We were invited to Arcade Party’s open house. All the video and pinball games were up for free play to sample what they offer. I had a great time playing the Jurassic Park Shoot The Dinosaur game. I wish our company holiday party would be a video/​pinball theme party. That would be awesome!
I highly recommend for you to consider hiring the services of Arcade Party in your next event or occasion. If you are going to have kids parties, contact them to find out how much to rent their games. If you want a pinball game party to the max, they have those too.
If you would ask me, I want the Shuffleboard game in my house. I’d probably host a tournament, but players should wear the Olympic Curling Team pants. HaHaHa

You need to find an excuse to rent some arcade games from T Minus One! Seriously, they are awesome. I discovered TMO when I saw a Groupon for arcade game rentals. I was in the midst of planning my husband’s 30^th birthday party (a surprise party, of course), and it was only a week and a half away. But the moment I saw the groupon I knew I had to have the element of arcade games at the party. I contacted Michelle and TMO and explained to her when my husband’s party was and that I was hoping to take advantage of the groupon to rent some games. Despite the fact (which I learned later) that the groupon had literally just gone through and Michelle hadn’t even had the chance to really look it over she agreed to helping me out instantly! She was going to be insanely busy that weekend with California Extreme (which, if you don’t know what that is, you need to check it out) which meant she wouldn’t be able to deliver the games on her normal delivery days but she worked it out for me!
She had to drop them off on Wednesday before the party (which was on Saturday) and couldn’t pick them up until the following Tuesday, but she didn’t charge me any extra, so we got to play them for almost a week for the price of a weekend rental!
She was super nice and just plain fun to chat with. She worked with me on coming up with a time for delivery and pick up that worked for us both. And when she delivered the games (Joust and Gauntlet!) she brought along Cocktail Frogger for free!!! Which was super awesome because it turned out to be one of the most popular games (especially with my in-​laws, which surprised me!!).
I know most people won’t have much reason to rent arcade games very often, but when you do you should definitely go with T Minus One. I know I’ll be attempting to find excuses to rent more for years to come!

I had a Star Wars cockpit game that had been down for a few years. I had a guy in San Jose with the initials TK attempt to fix the game three times and could not fix it. Total waste of time! Brought the game to T Minus and Chris the technician repaired the game in a timely manner. Fair price to repair and excellent service! Thank you T-​Minus!!!

I found T Minus One while searching for game rentals to have at my weddingin Pleasanton last month. It was meant as a suprise for my future husband. When I was contacted by Michelle (the owner) the process became so easy. I booked a foosball table and an air hockey table. Both (and a bonus Centepede arcade game!) were delivered the morning of and it gave my husband and his groomsmen something to do before the ceremony in the late afternoon. The games were a huge hit and we have some fun photos of people playing during the cocktail hour and reception. Super fun and really amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

Imagine my joy and excitement when I realized I don’t have to order parts online and deal with the wait when fixing my cabinet collection!!! They have remembered my name since day 1. The owners are just awesome people! I kinda wish my machines broke down more often!

We had a birthday party for 14 yr old boys. This was THE BEST party idea ever. We had 2 racecars — (RUSH 2049), fooz ball and ping pong tables. Kids LOVED IT, parents of the kids LOVED IT!
T Minus One was terrific. Andy and Michelle are owner operators and did the setup and takeaway. They could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. They gave me instructions, gave me a key to access volume controls on the racecars cause it can get loud, gave me cell numbers to call if I had any problems. Everything was clean and worked great. I’m thinking about using them for a corporate event as well, as this would be such fun for a large venue. Thanks T Minus One — GREAT JOB! P. S. I live mid penninsula and they had no problem driving from Benecia to me for delivery and pickup so don’t let their location be an issue — they go ALL OVER THE BAY AREA!

So I had these guys bring down video games for my… yes… wedding.
It was great. You just can’t beat wedding pictures with a big ‘ol mug of Captain Picard in the background. We happened to be playing Star Trek TNG Pinball at the time.
They delivered the games into the hills of a Santa Clara County Park and did all the set up way before they needed to be done. The selection of games was great. As many of us grew up in the 80’s, they made sure to bring some of our favorite games as kids.
Even non video game players were enjoying themselves.
Very professional and very reasonably priced.
And don’t worry. There was lots of dancing and normal wedding stuff as well.
