The regular menu is the same as most Mexican restaurants, but I really like the special menu. The veggie tacos are great. Love the tortas sandwiches as well.

The chicken chimichanga is my favorite, tried the seafood chimichanga today, not in love with it, not a fan of imitation crab

VERY good food, reasonable prices. Impeccable service and fast delivery of meal. And of course free endless chips and salsa! I had a Burrito made to order, a toscana, a soft shell taco and beams and Mexican rice. BEST authentic Mexican food insane experienced in a good while! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and they play Spanish music for the perfect ambience!

The organic margarita with jalapeño slices was really good; very fresh and not overpowered with pre-made margarita mix like you get at many Mexican restaurants. We got the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer, delicious with large pieces of shrimp! I got the verde enchiladas as an entrée which were also tasty. The restaurant is very cute inside and our waiter was attentive.

This is my favroite Mexican restaurant outside of Detroit! Several authentic Mexican dishes, great service and a fun place to go. Delicious!

Best Mexican food in Michigan. Fresh ingredients, ample portions, friendly waitstaff, CONSISTENT. Our favorite meals are the pork carnitas in green sauce, and the Pollo Loco. The chips are hot and fresh, the salsa is amazing. Can’t go wrong. Fairly priced, and worth every penny. We drive 45 miles one way just for their food.

Good place for groups. The shredded burrito was excellent. I usually get the platter with rice & beans. The guacamole is good also. Free chips and salsa is good. If you like it hot, you will have to ask. It is in the middle of old town on Midland St. The stuffed poblano peppers is good too. Not the most authentic Mexican, but for this area, the best you can get.

This place was pretty good, but mostly average. The prices were fairly good, under $ 10 or so, and the service was definitely above par. My biggest disappointment was the bacon wrapped poblanos because the bacon wasn’t actually cooked, as you can see from the picture. The poblanos were stuffed with cheese, however, and that made them fairly good on their own. My main meal was very good and I was happy with the free chips and salsa they bring out as an appetizer. Alcohol wasn’t very cheap and they didn’t seem to have specials(I kinda wanna drink when I go out, lol). Overall this place was pretty solid. 4⁄5 stars because it was above average and exceeded expectations for being a Los Cuatros.

My 5 year old loves Mexican food so we took her here for her birthday. The staff was very polite and made her feel special. The food was excellent and I loved the salsa!

Couldn’t even get salsa right. Waitress was not friendly. All the food was very fast but everyone in our group got entrees that we’re not good. 5 of 5 adults in our group gave it a 2 or 3 out of five. Also no alcohol license right now.

Great authentic food! Kind of reminded me of Los Tres Amigos! Definitely will visit again! I had the burritos amigos and my husband had the beef chimichanga, both were very good. Only downside is they currently don’t have their liquor license but hopefully that will change soon!

All this is is a Los Tres Amigos with a new name and décor. Not one thing authentic about this more along the lines of Gordons Food Service it’s just nasty food… Waste of money and calories!

My favorite Mexican place in the Bay City area. Fresh salsa with free chips as you sit down. Service is good, and décor is nice. I normally get the lunch special #1 which is a taco, fried poblano pepper with queso inside of it, refried beans, and guacamole salad. Great value for the money!

Easy to find, a couple blocks from downtown on the west side of the river. Tons of parking right in their lot. Huge place that was colorful and spotlessly clean. Lunch was great. They also have $ 5.50 lunch specials. Saw margaritas going by that looked very big and tasty. The staff was very friendly and different people checked up on us during lunch. It was a nice touch to sit down and immediately receive a basket of chips and salsa. Only place I’ve ever been where they bring you separate sauce bowls to pour your own salsa into. No double dipping here. What a smart idea.

Recently in Bay City, MI and stopped for dinner here upon a recommendation. We sat at the bar in order to watch the baseball game and enjoyed beer and complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were delicious– thin, light, not too salty– and the salsa tasted fresh with just a little kick(could have used a little more, personally). My friend ordered the vegetarian taco plate and I ordered the chicken enchiladas. Both were okay– again, the flavor could have been more; a bit more heat would have been nice. We found the prices to be very reasonable. I will say that the service was fantastic. Our bartender was friendly and attentive– but not overly intrusive. I will definitely return!

My family loves their menu! My kids and I think the food is great. The service is speedy, and we love the atmosphere. We dine in or get take out probably once a month. Favorites include: seafood chimichaga, taco salad, chiles poblanos, fajitas amigos, and of course the chips and salsa!

This Cuatro Amigo is very eye catching inside, the bar has a ton of seating, and a big television to watch the games. We sat and had free chips, drank margaritas and watched the game. I get a lot of take out from this great restaurant on plenty of occasions. We usually get the chicken nacho, taco salad, carne asada, chips and salsa. I recommend you do the same!!! Also: ask for the HOTHOT salsa, it is SUPERB! Cant wait to come back!

The best chicken chimichanga EVER. ever! Los Cuatros recently relocated to this new address, which was a good move. They transformed the space into a warm, open dining space complete with huge wall mural and nice decorative touches throughout. Same great food, endless chips and fresh salsa, and of course the oh-so-tasty chx chimichanga. My go-to lunch/dinner entrée.

The Euclid Ave location is closed but they’re moving to a bigger venue on Midland Street(where Tommy Vs used to be). I was told they will be adding a bar area and live music. Delish food + margs + music? Sounds good to me!

OK. This place was last reviews a few years ago. Time for an update. Service was great. I’ve eaten here twice in the last few weeks. The last time was to celebrate my bday and my mom’s. I had two margaritas, she had a margarita, and my friend had a virgin one(she’s knocked up. go figure. the knocked up gets virgin) YUM. It was a whole bunch of strong and delicious. The food was great. No complaints either time. If you really want to embarrass someone on their bday, bring them here. They get to wear a huge sombrero. They then sing Happy Bday in Spanish! Bring the camera!
