They messed my order up twice in one visit. The staff were very friendly and apologetic about the mix-up, but the manager was horrific. She asked what the problem was, and I told her they had put near instead of beans on the taco. She hesitated (as if I were lying), then snatched the taco, and immediately yelled at all of the staff. Then, she called over the cashier to pick on her about the mix up as well, even though she had nothing to do with it. Props to the staff of this Taco Bell, you have to deal with a monster.

I am from out of town but I must say that this Taco Bell has some of the best service in the nation. Super friendly staff and they gladly upgraded my double decker tacos with Doritos Nacho Cheese shells where I’m usually treated to nasty looks and attitude.
