I booked an appointment to have my hair colored to a peachy-​blonde ombré. When I left I was shocked to see my hair was unevenly dyed orange from a horizontal line across my head downward; absolutely no blending whatsoever. I was so embarrassed from the whole situation. The stylist did not seem to know what she was doing, and she left the bleach on my hair for nearly two hours. I am surprised I didn’t have more breakage. I had to redye my hair with an all over color myself to face work the next day.
The following morning I called the salon to explain to the manager what had transpired the night before, and I found out said manager was the ‘color expert’ whom my stylist had consulted with prior to wreaking havoc on my locks. She even told me on the way out «looks cute…» Needless to say, no professionalism was to be found in our correspondence via telephone. It felt like she was blaming me for what happened to my hair by telling me I should have said something after ‘the reveal.’ After sitting in the salon for four hours and seeing the end result there was no way I was going to stick around to endure more damage.

I definitely recommend this salon, such a great atmosphere and the stylists are all so nice! Great service!

I have been going to Looks Unlimited for over a decade. I get highlights, lowlights and a cut every time. I always get compliments on my hair color and cut. I recommend going to Jessica.
I live in the Metro Detroit area now and I drive up to get my hair done, instead of finding a place down here. It is definitely work the drive.

I just got a highlight and smoothing treatment on my hair (I have super naturally curly hair) and I absolutely LOVE it!!! Susan Trautner is an AMAZING hairstylist!!! Thanks for my GREAT new hair color and cut and straightener… My hair is so smooth and the tone of my blonde is soooo much better. HAPPY ! HAPPY!!!
