Pizza Hut

We frequently get takeout at this location. Their quality is consistently good and they are usually spot on with their ETA for the finished product.
It’s not the best pizza in Bay City, but if you’re in the mood for Pizza Hut, it’s hard to go wrong with this location.

This was by far my worst experience at a pizza hut ever!!! Jamie (the proclaimed manager) is RUDE! While in town for Bay City’s river roar my family decided to order pizza. Order was placed via internet at 902pm and was stated that it would be available at 917pm for pick up. When we arrived to pick up our order we had to wait for 3 minutes in a filthy restaurant until we were even waited on. After taking my money they then decided to begin making my pizza WHILE SITTING ON A COUNTER WITH YOUR BUTT NEXT TO MY UNCOOKED ORDER. This is already way longer than the 917pm order that should have been done already. When we got to our destination and went to eat our wonderful order it was RAW!!! When we called back to complain Jamie said” I did u a favor by making your pizza cuz we are closed so too bad”. Seriously? If I were you I would go down the road to Hungrey Howes!

It’s your typical Pizza Hut. Nothing that really sets it apart from the rest, but nothing to complain about either really.
