Lucky Nails

First time coming here I came to get off my acrylics and decided to get a new set, lady said $ 5 to take off and $ 35 for new set. I said ok, she starts to take off my acrylics (actually jenked them off with her own nails) and then broke off one of my own and started bleeding. I would have thought she would take them off professionally not jenk them off then I said I don’t want a new full set because my finger is bleeding and then she said ok $ 10 to take off then she ended up charging me $ 11 because I used my credit card. Never coming here again my first and last, so unprofessional.

Been going to a handful of different nail shops in the Pittsburgh area for about three months now and finally found a place I really like. All other salons use new techniques that require a filler to complete my fills, however Linda was able to use old-​school technics and came out wonderful! Coming back

Very unhappy with manicure. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I know what a good manicure looks and feels like. I had to tell her 3 times I wanted them short because she kept telling me that they’re short. I know how I like my nails. The way she filed my nails was completely amateur. When she was done most the nails were crooked and my thumb nail was very rough and was starting to crack. And now that I’m home the nail and gel are lifting! Will be returning to get them done correctly by the person by the door!

Came here 2 weeks ago because I needed a fill and I only had so little time.
Ugh why do I even bother! Even tho the fill looked eh ok, I started to experience lifting 3 DAYS later! Went to get a fill Saturday and was rudely turned away. Went again Monday and rudely told to come back later. Barely looked at me and didn’t apologize.
NEVER AGAIN.
Will gladly drive to pleasant hill to TJs like I should have done in the first place!

I just got a full set today and I love it! When I first walked in, I was hella hesitant because there was no one else in there. But this place is a gem if you ask for LINA. $ 45.00 for full set, u thought I was a bit expensive for Bay Point, but they came out amazing! I’ll definitely be returning!

They suck the older lady is lazy she did my pedicure as If she didn’t want to and then cut my big toe it was bleeding and had no care to ask if I was ok … would not recommend and the owner is stuck up by the way

One major thing is at other salons the ladies are constantly badgering me about waxing my lip, I hate that. I like to thread my own lip so in love that they don’t do this here.

The first time I got my gel manicure done by the woman that sits in the middle I was happy with. The manicure lasted close to 3 weeks, but last Friday I came in and got it done by the woman who answers the phone who sits closest to the door who takes the money and the gel started to lift in less than a week. By the end of the week it was lifting so badly that I could peel it off myself! I will never be back and was so disappointed.

this place is a peace of shittttttt !!! I am very very mad they charged more then they supposed too and they had us waiting for so long don’t ever come here never

I went in today for the first time as the usual place I go to seemed too far. But I must say I enjoyed my pedi so much I got my pedi buy a gentleman who was really professional he went the extra mile I got a great foot massage and a warm towel treatment when I didn’t ask for that but when it was time to pay I was surprised that the massage and warm towel was done at no extra charges wow!!! I think I’m going to have to ditch my old nail place and come here from now on.

I’m a nail hooper and to be honest I’ve always came back to this location, same owner for yearss. Last place I went to my nails grew out horribly. The lady that always does my nails really goes in with makin g sure the sides of your nails are filed down and shaped right if not your out growth will look hideous she knows what she’s doing the man in their as well has done my nails in all while stilettos and he did a bomb job as well. Be patient with them if tour a walk in too they have set appointments.

I just did my nails here, and I am very satisfied with the service I got here. Stuffs here are nice, and they did a great job. Will definitely come back.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!
They play favorites… do not have great customer service… as they should. NOT GOOD but great… The male technician always seems like he is in a rush to get the next customer’s money. He puts the nails on crooked and the shaping is off… PLEASE DONT WATSE YOUR MONEY

Came here for a French mani/​pedi for a wedding and they came out amazing! The service I got was great! And I love there warm towels that they put on your feet/​legs! I will most defiantly be coming back tomorrow or Friday to get my toes and nails done for Valentines day!

Not the best place out there. People are friendly, the work they do isnt worth the pay.

I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years to get my eyebrows done, and occasionally get my nails done. These ladies, and gentleman, are always on point. When I get my brows waxed, I always ask for Lily (the owner) or her daughter Linda. I have never been disappointed by them. They are awesome.

Here again the ladies here have favorite new customers get the worst service, I just got my nails on the 12÷22÷13 today is 12÷26÷13 n my nails r coming off I don’t even want to go back to have them
fix it. There are not even worth a star.

Back again and not as thrilled. Seemed to go downhill quickly! Walked in asked for pedi ladies spoke no English pointing at who knows what saying who knows from across the room. (said to pick a color)!!? Ok all cheap mostly empty bottles of polish. Lady filled the tub which didn’t appear very clean at all. Put my feet in and yikes Cold! She asked «cut now» 3 times before I understood and was thrown off as I’ve never had to tell them to cut. They just handle it. So I say yes straight across. She does a quick trim and then files with a cheap tiny cardboard Emory board. adds lotion and a quick leg rug then rinses and begins polishing. I then look up and all the way at the back of salon is a sign hanging partially sideways that has all the different types of pedicures. I wanted the European as that’s what every great salon offers but I had no idea as the menu was out of sight. Any way a fly kept flying over my feet and legs I’m guessing from the sweet lotion– I hope. It did not phase the lady I had to keep shooing it away! Gross. I tried to ask her a few questions about foot scrub no acknowledgement just kept speaking another language to another girl. All done! We put shoes on now and she’s already shoving my flip flops on before placing under the drying light. So I ask about drying first she said no. Other lady said she will fix if shoe messes it up! I said I don’t want it fixed I just want it right the first time don’t you want your customers to return, she kept kept saying no no. I said ok I won’t be back! Care about customers, have quality clean products and you’ll have a great business. Guess I’m just spoiled

Went in today to have my acrylic nails removed and have a manicure. I have medical school interview on wed and fake nails are a big no no. The guys did a horrible job. my nails look disgusting. There was bits n pieces of the fake nail left on. Dots of nail polish still on. My nails were jagged and unshaped. I had to come home and file and clean my nails myself after i lefft. A huge waste of my money. Only see the owners if you have to go here.

The ladies here are so nice and funny!
When you get down to it they do a really great job on your nails and the designs are beautiful (if you decide to get it).
Twice they have let us come in right before closing and they do not do a rush job to get you out.
I wouldn’t suggest coming in late though *be courteous*!
