Whack. Tacos and enchiladas where as dry as they were colorless. On top of that I ordered chile rellenos over the phone, but when I arrived they tell me they don’t have any but I can have a taco or an enchilada. Whack. Won’t be going back

Love the salsa and my tripa burrito. Friendly place in a strip mall. Blue collar place but I like blue collar places. Authentic Mexican food and so is the ambience. $ 7 for my nice sized burrito and free chip and salsa.

This is the place you go to for a burrito and a beer. I have been on my mexican food hype lately. I cant seem to get enough these days. Los Reyes has a great selection but they are good for burritos. The servers are super nice and always there to lend a helping hand.

We’ve ordered take out here only twice and both experiences were good. Friendly customer phone service. We’ve had super nachos, shrimp burrito, fish burrito wet(my fave) and veggie burrito wet. The yummy sauce over it is delicious. They are generous with their shrimp and fish burrito filling considering it’s $ 10+ each. We will definitely order here again.

Just got a big FAT burrito that was loaded and wet for $ 7.50. When I say loaded I mean the works. Delicious and tasty!!! Man sure beats La Piñata’s in Pittsburg anytime! See my review of that! Although service could be better(we kept having to ask for more salsa, napkins and things) but we figure the waitresses were really busy. Highly recommend if you want great food that taste amazing and reasonably priced and you dont mind less than perfect customer service.

Close to home so I eat here often. Food is really good. When I don’t get take out and I dine in I notice that the hostess could brush up on her service skills. That’s how these small businesses thrive. Hence the 4 star review. Add the great friendly service and you have yourself a five star review!

I got really tired of eating Subway so I figured that I should stop by at this restaurant next door. That’s where it clicked. This wasn’t a new place for me. I’ve been here before plenty of times with my family when I was younger. Instantly A a smile was brought to my face. Good memories. I didn’t decide to eat in. Although, there wouldn’t be a problem with seating. There were more than five tables and there was a bar like place one could sit too. Saving the inside dining to another time I went for the to go order. What do I choose? There are tacos, burritos(both wet and dry), nachos, etc. So many to choose! While I admit I don’t normally eat this kind of food, I was pushed forward by great childhood memories. I noticed about three women working on the counter and as servers. One saw me and asked how I was. What a warm smile she had! I had enough time to look at the menu while walking in so I straight up told her what I wanted. I order the nachos with added steak, a verde wet burrito, and a steak quesadilla. I also order some chips and salas. There was a sign saying the chips and salsa no longer come free, and that they were about $ 1.50. The ambience was casual. Lost of people talking inside. Music was playing. There was a lively beat to it all. I didn’t wait too long. Took about ten minutes until I got the food. Verde wet burrito: 4⁄5 according to one parent, partly flavor-able. Steak nachos: 4⁄5 some of the chips were too hard Steak Quesadilla: 4/5, bread was soft, cheese was melted pretty good, the meat could have had a little more flavor, more guac and salsa could be given, less sour cream Finally, I would say that I would call this a high grade restaurant for Mexican food, BUT it’s cheap, and for it’s cheap price, it wasn’t too bad.

Great food everyone. If you’ve read any of my previous comments you will see that I don’t have mercy on Mexican restaurants. This place passed every test. Great service, decent atmosphere, and the food… top notch! Let’s just start with the bean dip and salsa by saying it was just right and special. They didn’t have flour chips but that’s not a deal breaker for me. All of the pork plates were astonishing and cooked to perfection with beautiful and unique flavors that you should expect when you pay for Mexican cuisine, not bland crap you can make at home. Presentation deserves a thumbs up too. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! 5 out of 5. Don’t skip this place!

This is the first time we have eaten here in a long while. We ordered last minute and decided to get a couple of super burittos. We got take out and they were super cold even though we only live a few miles away. That is the only con tho. I heated them in the microwave and they were perfect. My husband got the carnitas super buritto. He said it was very flavorful. He asked for jalapeños and there were plenty in there. I had a vegetarian with no rice and whole beans. Both were ordered«wet». The flavor was superb. I have not had one that tasted that good in a long time.

As far as «Mexican» food goes this place is meh, was so long ago I don’t even remember what I ordered, I do remember the soda being flat and nasty tasting. I saw I had a review pending on this place and decided to take a look. Don’t bother. not the worst but as far as flavor goes you could do better.

I stumbled across this place yesterday. Initially I was on my way to subway next door but decided to try out this place. I ordered a carne asada dry burrito. Easy beans & easy rice. The burrito was much better then I expected it to be. The meat was seasoned perfectly & cooked well enough to the point where small portions had a crunch to it. Their not stingy with other items like guacamole & sour cream either. Overall I gave it 4 stars not 5 only because I waited almost 20minutes to get my food.

I don’t need to go back, it was disappointing because I used to really love their food. I ordered the tostada with some chicken. It looked very beautiful but the chicken had absolutely no flavor, bland. Which affected the entire taste of the dish. Jeremy ordered a vegetable burrito, vegetable taco and quesadilla. The quesadilla was really good, I like the cheese they use and the flour tortilla was a little crunchy on the outside which I like. It came was sour cream and guacamole, the guacamole was delicious. Neither of us were impressed with the vegetable burrito; basically it is a regular burrito just no meat, same with the taco. They could at least add some grilled vegetables or something. Overall the food was just ok.

Delicious homestyle Mexican food and CHEAP. I had other request that was not in the menu and they were happy to make it. Texas fresh orange juice daily and a must visit for breakfast. Everything here is good.

2.5 Stars for Los Reyes! Darn, I think eating too much Mexican food in the Mission has made me a bit picky when it comes to having a really good burrito. A few friends of mine recommended this place for lunch. There are slim pickings in the area so it’s one of the better options if you don’t want to get fast food. The homies got wet burritos. I opted for a regular burrito as I’m not a big fan of saucy foods to begin with. I ordered it with carne asada(steak). I forgot to ask for black beans and so the burrito came with refried beans, rice, asada, cheese and some chile verde. The burrito was huge and only cost $ 6.75. However, I wasn’t too crazy about the overall taste. It was just alright. The steak was low quality meat that had too much grizzle and connective tissue in it, making it very chewy. It was also thinly cut and overcooked. Maybe I chose the wrong item to try today. The taqueria itself was clean and the waitress was nice. It took about 15 minutes to receive our order. LR is located in a shopping plaza near the bart station. Lots of parking and easy to get to off freeway. Tip: No AC and it was sweltering hot inside the little taqueria today(mind you, it was 106 degrees in Bay Point)…I highly suggest calling in to order and pick up to-go on hot days unless you don’t mind eating in dry sauna conditions.
