I was immediately greeted and helped by the manager, Walter, and Austin. I came in to get an upgrade for the iPhone 6. They even gave me a SIM card so I wouldn’t be charged for a new one. They were very patient in answering all of my questions. They took care of the whole process and got me the best deal possible. Great customer service.

well, everything positive about radio shack and their employees changed after they got my money. the manager [kia] never ordered my phone and never contacted me about it. radio shack in pittsburg sucks

Recently, I bought a digital recorder here and was very pleased with the help I received. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and was asked if they could assist me find what I was looking for. Of course, I asked. I had no idea if they even sold a digital recorder… isn’t it included in all phones now? Anyways, I needed something that could record for a considerable amount of time. The Radio Shack employee helped me locate what I was looking for quickly. $ 39.99 for a recorder… Wow! overpriced. Still, I needed it. At the register it got wrung up as $ 29.99. I guess the recorder I have has less memory. Cool! Great customer service, but the store has to tag items a little better.
