Strange place. Only two manicurists there at a time, despite the place being able to accommodate at least 6 – 8 employees. Manicures are sub par, manicurists are rude and dismissive. Have gone there a number of times. Last and final time was when I asked for the dry spray (always hid behind the corner and never offered). Manicurist who was slumped in the corner on her iPad rolled her eyes. Spray was empty, which I had to point out. She said they didn’t have another. I asked why, her response was, «you don’t believe me?» Was dismissive and rude and asked again why I did not believe her. Really weird. There are nail salons on every corner in Bay Ridge. Don’t have to put up with such rudeness.

Nice place, it’s clean and they offer tea water or even wine, they use commercial and non toxic brands, I’m very concern of the cleaning inside the toe nails and I had to go over myself before they apply the nails polish but this is just I’m OCD. in overall is a good place to come with friends
