I’m pretty big on customer service, especially when an issue arises with a product. I brought my favorite watch in here because the crystal top completely came off, leaving the inner workings exposed. For a fair price and 2 week wait (the top needed to be ordered), my beauty was back in my hands. Sadly a week later, the analog stick fell apart out of nowhere. No biggie, I bring the watch back In and explain the situation to Rick, who was more than helpful in fixing my watch on the spot, for no charge, in 10 minutes time. I’m very weary of shady jewelry places trying to take you for a ride, but Rick was helpful and honest… and for that alone I will be a returning customer for my jewelry fixes/​needs.

Nice place, nice people but very small and the selection was limited, also looked pricey from the looks of the tagged items.
