Disappointed with this company. The realtor and manager are the worst. One of the units, was broken into. None of the other residents were notified, and when the manager was questioned about security, the manager Evette Matos, responded by reminding the resident, «you knew how bad the area was when you moved in…», not addressing any of the resident’s concerns. She’s very condescending. She’s a horrible apartment manager and should not be working in public service. They also will not respond to service requests, and frequently disclose your personal information to outside contractors, claiming that’s it perfectly appropriate behavior.

This management company is the worst, most despicable group of people I have ever dealt with in my life.
According to their ‘rules,’ when you move, you are supposed to pay a carpet cleaning company out of your pocket to have the carpeting cleaned. But then after the apartment is vacated, the management suddenly finds ‘problems’ with the carpeting, and takes $ 1200 out of your security to replace it.
One of the long-​time residents, a 95-​year old man, became disabled and had to go to live in an assisted living facility. The complex made the family pay a carpet cleaning service with their money, and today the maintenance staff just ripped up the carpeting in the apartment, and took this 95-​year old man’s security to pay for the carpeting.
The family has already made a complaint with NY State Adult Protective Services.
Please do not move into any of the properties managed by Greenview.

I live in a townhouse community managed by greenview properties– if I could give a. Minus 10 I would– I have received numerous erroneous threatening letters accusing me of things I did not do– they blatantly told me I did not mail in my emergency contact form when I did so– I explained to them that I put it in a community mailbox and they told me it wasn’t their fault that we had an incompetent mail carrier! Then they accused me of refusing to send in the letter when I had mailed it in and they Most likely misplaced it– they are a lying, bullying, disorganized management company — I have reached the point where I have decided to try to avoid and ignore them because they are just lying bullies.- the homes here are beautiful but the board and the property management company are awful-​I love my home here in mystic pines in bay shore but the «board» and the Greenview property management are awful. What a shame!
