ugh So sad this place is closing after Super Bowl Sunday, but hey they have one hell of a blowout planned for Sunday. The wings are great, great sauces and you can have them make the sauces hotter too. The prices for wings are great, great sauces, great time and you see people from different walks of life in here and they are friendly. Oh well, time to find a new wing spot.

Been going here over a year now. First glance the place will look divey: and it is(in a good way) very chill atmosphere and the staff is normally very friendly(Jen’s the best though). They have a decent selection of beers including bottles and on tap all the necessities: standard cheap drinks like PBR or miller\coors then normally a craft beer or two and always Yvengling and something seasonal. If you’re looking for wings then look no further because they have a wide selection of flavors and the quality is top notch. My go to is the classic BBQ with their hottest wing sauce to dip. The main draw for me was the Monday night open mic & wing special: 20 $ from 9 to 12(?) Unlimited wings(limited flavors) and select beers. It was Yvengling or Miller but I think it includes whatever craft beer they’re featuring on tap as well. All around its the place to go for some killer wings and a cold one, definitely stop by for the Monday special to check out open mic, there’s normally some good talent there.

Came here a few times for band shows, my cousin hosted a food drive here as well. This place is pretty sweet and chill. Even if this bar isn’t your scene you have to stop in for some wings. I only had the BBQ wings so far but they were seriously out of this world, best wings I’ve ever had. They have an entire menu of wing flavors to tantalize your taste buds including flavors you would never expect like s’mores and peanut butter and jelly. In my experience the bartenders aren’t very friendly but they get the job done. It’s a divey little place but it has a certain charm about it.

This is a really divey place. The bar is small but they have a pretty decent sized stage. They host a lot of cool band shows and there are rock posters all over the walls. Food wise their menu is pretty limited, but their wings are awesome. They are known for the«best variety of wing flavors», and it stands true. Their BBQ wings are light and sweet and the Buffalo wings were crispy and not too spicy. They even have exotic flavors such as chocolate chipotle raspberry or peanut butter and jelly. Not sure how that is, but I am looking forward to trying it next time.

I was there on a Tuesday night so it was not busy. It was a shame the way the bartender kind of treated us. We really felt unwanted. First off, asked what the tap beer with a note stickered on the the handle was and was told I don’t know… she begrudgingly told me it was an IPA… as she offered her regular at the bar a sample… whoa! What about the customer trying to decide? Just plain rude. I would also hope the gentleman at the end of the bar wasn’t the owner when we were trying to find 2 seats to sit and he was alone and took up 3. That would be messed up. Overall, the wings were good but I can’t recommend this place. Maybe that’s why the my classmates at college around the corner doesn’t come. If you want customers, you really got to treat us like we matter… not a burden.

I got two orders of wings: «Craving Strange» Chocolate Chipotle Raspberry and«Jesse Omega» Dr Pepper BBQ. The«Jesse Omega» wings were excellent! I would definitely get them again! The«Craving Strange» weren’t good. I couldn’t even finish them. I don’t think chocolate and wings can live together in perfect harmony. I don’t know what I was thinking when I ordered them. Oh well, next time I am going to try their regular hot wings. The bar is sort of run down and there were a bunch of locals there. But the bar staff made you feel like one of the regulars and were very friendly. I want to come here for the bands and see what that’s like. They seem to have some cool local bands.

This is a great place. I clearly didn’t understand. Danny is awesome. The wings smell amazing! I’m vegan therefore I don’t eat animal stuff. The craft beer is crazy good!

The first place on Long Island I’ve ever really felt comfortable. Being raised a city girl, there was never much on LI for me. Even Flow quickly became my only stable hangout place. Not only is their good great,(they’ve got awards to prove it), their staff are all amazing individuals, the specials are fantastic and live music can really make a good night greater!

I don’t give 5 stars to anyone often, but this place TOTALLY deserves it! I’m visiting from Arizona for a little while and haven’t been too impressed with the food at most places here in Long Island. But after reading about their wing variety’s I had to try it. Of course I was expecting good wings, but I hadn’t put two and two together on the name. I am a HUGE Pearl Jam fan! So when I walked in and what was painted on the back wall of the stage, I got a big smile on my face. They were playing The Deftones(and the kick ass 90’s music didn’t stop at that), they had posters of some of my absolute favorite bands on the wall and Founders Rye IPA on tap… It was quite easy to settle in at my table and relax at that point. Now the wings? HOLTSHIT! I ordered the bacon wrapped maple bourbon BBQ and the Indian Curry with Chili’s flavors… Absolutely some of the best wings I’ve eaten anywhere ever and the bacon on my first order was crispy and stayed on the wing with every bite I took instead of falling apart. And one thing I really liked was NOTV’S !! I’m not a fan those places that aren’t sports bars but have loads of TV’s all over, it makes it hard to really enjoy a good bar with that garbage on all the time. The owner must be cool as shit cause he’s not just a PJ fan, he’s a talented cook! I will be back and I highly HIGHLY recommend you check this place out.

I LOVE this place. Played there in March with my band and literally had the best wings I have ever eaten in my life. They have an insane variety of flavors to choose from. It’s no mys The staff was awesome, the owner Danny was really cool and down to earth and it was a great experience all around. Looking forward to going there again on my next trip back to the East Coast

Even flow has ridiculously good wings! The flavor choice is awesome and you aren’t disappointed when you walk out of here. The beer selection is decent as well As far as the atmosphere I am disappointed, it was a Wednesday evening though so I’m not sure what it’s usually like. I hear they have great local rock bands(which I don’t care much about) but if that interests you then even more of a reason to come out. Can’t wait to try the wing challenge next time I’m there.

Bragged to a friend from out of town about this place(from reviews since i hadn’t been here yet). Well we tried it. Waited for a few minutes before being greets because the bartender was busy chatting with friends(only 4 ppl were in the bar besides us). Finally got a beer. Now we have Been waiting for over 45 minutes for our food. Had to change our order because they were out of an ingredient on many of the burgers on the menu(guacamole). A gentleman at the bar bitched and moaned that he had put it on the shopping list last week. Our appetizer just came at 9:05, we ordered it at 8:20. Bartender just told us 5 min. Its 9:21. It is crowded now but when we ordered no one was here besides the 4 guys at the bar drinking and eating nachos. Which they finished already i might add. The wings were horrible. As i ate them, i thought to myself ‘these wings have no flavor’. Then my buddy said exactly what i had thought. So we finally asked that our food be wrapped up since we no longer are willing to give this place any more money. Needless to say, not giving this place another chance. Really sucks too because we needed another decent spot in Bay Shore. Dont waste your time. Unless you have a few hours to waste on bad food. Update: So we gave up and asked for our bill. Bartender said burgers just came off grill, just being put together now. Too late to get our money back. Less than 2 minutes left. We tell her we want to pay bill and take burgers to go. Btw, this whole time we see food coming out for other patrons who arrived after us. So finally as we are walking out they bring out the burgers. My buddy needs to get back so we rush out and get to the car and check our burgers. Fries are cold, and my burger is missing the bacon!!! I want to go back in but dont have the energy and my friend needs to get back so we surrender but vow to never return to this disappointment of a bar. I have some additional issues with the bar but i feel i have stated my case and forewarned you.

Went here on a Wednesday night. It was dead — but we still had a great time. Eclectic draught beer offering and the wings, as you might have guessed, are some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m excited to go back and try some different flavors. Not sure I’d want to go here on a night that had a live show, but that’s just me.

Staff always super friendly. Reasonable prices and an occasional buy back. Great shows and entertainers. The owner is approachable and kind. Great crowd and ambiance all in all for a rock/metal bar. Oh. And the wings are fantastic but I’m not really into wings. Mad flavors to pick. I like 17 gates ones.

Been here three times. First time was Bc of the name, Even Flow. Had to check out the Pearl Jam theme. Saw a a band perform and we loved it. Second time, it was packed for a night of bands. So we did drink but never got around to those wings. Then, finally… We went one afternoon during a jet game. Grabbed a table, and placed the order. Amazing waitress, great beer and… holy balls, wings. Never have I ever had wings like this. PBnJ wings were spectacular and I crave them each evening now. And the regular medium buffalo wings were better then any I have ever tasted, and I have had my share from various places. My goal will be to try most of them. I suggest(and hope and pray) that the owner opens an Even Flow here in Nassau County. Specifically, Wantagh. I highly recommend getting down there and trying them. Great eating!

I took the almost hour drive out to Long Island from Queens to support my friends who were playing a show here. I’m not going to lie; one of the reasons I went was because the guitarist in the band wouldn’t stop raving about the wings(He hadn’t had them, but was apparently psyched based on recommendations.). The Pearl Jam inspired bar was nothing special aesthetically, but they did have a nice size stage for a small bar. After listening to the band’s set, which was rockin’, we ordered two orders of wings from the waitress. She handed us a huge wing menu with close to twenty different flavors, some of the more outrageous were french toast, peanut butter and jelly, curry and Indian chilies, and the 1,000,000 Scoville scale(This one required a waiver. As much as my ego wanted me to eat these, I didn’t feel like sweating more than I already was. I also wanted to taste the actual wings.). We ordered the hot buffalo and regular BBQ to serve as a nice baseline for comparison with other wing joints. Each order had ten wings and cost $ 9. The wings were super. They were still crispy, even with the sauce. It was clear that they must have cooked the wings first and then added the sauces. The sauces were full of flavor while still tasting the chicken. If I’m ever out east on Long Island, I will definitely make a detour to try some of the more outlandish flavors.

So disappointed! I came in here with my boyfriend and we really wanted to try their wings since we read such great reviews on them. The place was dark and empty with a few regulars it seemed and the bartender told us she didn’t know how to make any of the special sauces except for a few of the basics and that we should come later on by chance someone who knew how to cook them would be there. This was around 6pm… did not want to come back. Such a let down.

When Bay Shore main street starts to turn into medical buildings the last bar heading east is Even Flow. Younger mixed crowd that lets under 21 in when bands are playing which I support and wished more places did this. The Younglings like there music with some taste instead of dub step which is down the road. Good wings… decent beer selection and the bar tenders are alot of fun. They bring a friendly atmosphere to the place.

I do not like chicken wings generally. & yet here, I’ve dove face first into 2 of their many varieties. Looking forward to get more under my belt. PS — they also had me at their Belgian & New York State beer selections. Plus the bartenders are the coolest.
