This is my favorite place for tacos. I’m a crunchy taco fan, always a bang bang and a southern fried! They have the BEST bang bang shrimp tacos! I went today and was told that the fish taco was even better by my dinner company. The bang bang is semi sweet. Of course I always include a buffalo queso to satisfy my savory needs. Best quesadilla on the menu with a side of guac! The seating is comfortable being a tequila grill they also have high top tables so it’s a matter of choice. Their staff is super friendly and gets things right I love it here!

I don’t know what kind of setting you would call the interior. It had«brick» for walls. In 2016 terminology, I’ll call it «chill». So that’s the type of atmosphere it was. The margaritas are SOGOOD! And the nachos, you want to share them. They were pretty great too. The size of those nachos four people could have shared. Our waitress was really great and on-point with our service. I did sit close to the window, not directly but a table away and I was freezing! I’m always cold, so I knew it shouldn’t have been a good idea. Other than that, I would totally come here again and recommend it!

Pico I’m glad we crossed paths. Who doesn’t love a good Mexican joint! Everything I had was delicious. I enjoyed their chicken quesadillas, chips with guacamole, the dessert trio. My dessert which I shared, came with tres leches(three milks cake), fried cheesecake(that came in like an egg roll), and apples with cinnamon. Although I didn’t try their drinks, my friend raved about her sangria in a mason jar. The place’s interior is cute too. I will definitely come back soon.

As someone that lives on the West Coast, I have high expectations for Mexican cuisine. That being said, Pico impressed me. It’s not authentic Mexican, but it’s still delicious, Mexican-inspired flavors. The décor is top-notch: exposed brick, with exciting wall decorations and paintings. It’s a fun setting that probably does well as a hip bar scene. I went in with three others right after they opened around 11:15. We were the first customers. I got a WESTCOASTBURRITO. It had marinated chicken, lime rice, sauteed onions and peppers, portobello mushrooms, and Gorgonzola cheese on a wheat tortilla. The flavor combination was delicious. I have never had Gorgonzola in a burrito and it was a welcomed change. The chicken marinade was delicious, but chicken was way over-cooked causing intense dryness. Overall, I’d give the burrito 3.5 stars. 4 if chicken was cooked less. Everyone else at table enjoyed their tacos. Their favorite was the BANGBANGTACO. Only complaint from others was over-cooked carnitas. Waiter was friendly and we had no issues with service. Also, bathroom was spotless; like I said, we were the first customers, so that was expected. Overall: 3.5 for food, bumped to 4 stars for environment and service.

I’ve been to Pico a bunch of times and every time I’ve come, I’ve never been disappointed. They’ve really got a good thing going here. I’ve tried a bunch of things on the menu from Burritos, tacos and even salads. The burritos are always a nice size, and the meat inside(whatever you happen to choose) is always excellently flavored/seasoned, and is never dried out. You really can’t go wrong with a burrito. Their tacos come a la carte so you can mix and match(which I love to do). I’ve tried the Street Taco(Carne Asada), The Grilled Chicken taco(w/mango salsa) and the Southern Fried(Fried Chicken). All were excellent. The street taco is pretty standard, the mango salsa was a nice touch on the Grilled Chicken and the Southern Fried had to be my favorite. It’s probably the furthest thing from Tex-Mex that they offer since it’s pretty much Fried Chicken sandwich in taco form, but I’ve recently discovered that pickles are really good and this taco has them. The tacos all come with a heaping amount of ingredients as well. Their Brussels sprouts are the bomb. They’re sautéed in a pineapple sauce(if I recall correctly) and they were just excellent. Guac here is also great. Only complaints: Dishes don’t come with chips so make sure you order some! Also, they tend to put the guac in a bowl on top of a bed of shredded lettuce so it looks like you get more than you actually are. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Although I’m not usually big on Tex-Mex food, Pico exceeded all of my expectations. A special of chicken-tortilla soup was wonderful — and big enough for 2. We tried several of the classics(tacos and burritos) and were pleased with everything. My only complaint is that they charged for a refill of diet coke. Regardless, I’ll be back soon.

Love this spot for a quick bite and drinks with friends. Great food and a ton of interesting margarita flavors which are fun! I typically go for the classic burrito(no meat with brown rice). Standard and delicious. That being said, they have tons of unique items that are great as well — their house made guac, portobello tacos and even sides of brussel sprouts(which are totally kick ass btw). Downfall is that most items do not come with chips, so don’t forget to order some. Tonight’s special margarita was an apple cider one — it was AWESOME. Two of my favorites combined. I suggest Pico after a beach day to relax with friends and have some coronas, but worth the stop any day, really.
