Sprint Store

I seriously wish I could give it negative stars. I switched from verizon over to sprint and was helped by a man Dustin. Its now 5 months later still haven’t received my buyout giftcard its constant problems with phones. I was told my bill would be under $ 190 total well that was a big F8^cking lie. I post this now as im on the phone with sprint for the 14^th time in 3 months. Overall probably the most stressful and annoying experience of my life I would have rather pay the extra $ 350 a year to stay with at&t then ever do this again. In all honestly i would never step foot in this store the so called supervisor Dustin should be fired from all the lies he told to get me to switch over. I sat in the sprint store 4 times for over a hour each time trying to talk to him to no avail. I saw him standing in the back doing nothing, saw him go out for a smoke saw 6 of his co workers sitting around doing absolutely nothing without asking if i need help or maybe started getting thing in order or ANYTHING for that matter. i did hear a lot of about love lifes and smoking blunts to the head and videogames but nothing about helping me at all. I was promised the world and got a big ol” steaming pile of shit in return. So screw sprint, screw Dustin honestly save yourself the headache and stay with the carrier you have or not even get a cellphone it will cost less and you wont have to deal with this garbage

This was a horrible experience. I purchased an iPhone online on ¹²⁄₂₃ to be picked up the following day. When I went there, I had the misfortune to be «helped» by Matthew who at first said they couldn’t find my order, then had someone else come over to help, and then I was told the order was shipped, despite my evidence to the contrary. Seeing this level of incompetence, I made the wise decision to cancel my order. I was told by Matthew that I would have to call customer service myself and handed me a card with someone else’s name on it. I called customer service and they told me I would have to go back to the store but there would be no problem, that was untrue. I was told by someone who had attempted to help earlier that I had «ran out of the store» That was not remotely close to being true. Nobody ever said we’re sorry, what can we do to keep you as a customer. This led to me going back to Verizon and thanks to Sprint’s incompetence I’m without my phone for days. Stay away from this store and the company as a whole. They are terrible.

Unless you literally want to be treated like a piece of crap I recommend you don’t go here at all. They have the workers there and an even bigger D BAG supervisor names Dustin.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the owner and manager of this store on three occasions. Not only were they concerned about my budget, but they answered every question I had with patience and clarity. They are knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like I mattered to them. It is worth driving out of your way to give them your business.

Buyer beware! Be very Aware. What a racket they got going — my salesperson was Maggie — never, ever get her! She was very nice, but, I came in there and wanted to transfer FIVE phones from Verizon to Sprint — Sprint was going to pay my early termination fees from Verizon, which would have been for four of the five phones I signed up with. Maggie signed us up for the $ 50/​month unlimited data plan and she put through the rebates while I was in the store. I waited a few weeks and called Sprint to check on my rebates — I was told that my rebates were DENIED!!! Yes, DENIED! I asked why, the Sprint rep told me that the $ 50/​mo. unlimited data plan was not a plan included to receive any rebates.
I was shocked! The rep from Sprint’s back office called Maggie at the Sprint store and she had the GALL to tell the rep that I was aware of everything I was getting — what nerve! I was aware that I signed up for the $ 50/​month unlimited data plan and I was aware that my early terminations fees from Verizon would be paid by Sprint — THAT IS WHAT I KNEW BECAUSE THAT IS WAS SHE TOLD ME.
Sprint rep told me I can change to the 20G shared data plan in order to get in on the rebates, and after I get my rebate money switch back to the $ 50/​month unlimited data plan. I could not believe this! I switched my plans, this was weeks and weeks ago, I am still waiting for my rebates!
Sprint called me again today, new guy on my case, he will escalate this — I WAS TOLD THIS WEEKS AGO — I asked him if I was going to get a call every few weeks to tell me my case is being escalated? What a JOKE — I am so annoyed and frustrated.
Maggie, misled me, and misrepresented Sprint — she should not be working for them or anyone as far as I can see — she has put me through hell — this has been going on since August 2014 it is now Jan 2015!!!
My next stop is the Better Business Bureau — I am going to put in a complaint with them against Sprint — Maggie works for Sprint — Sprint is responsible for their employee’s actions.
If you go in to Sprint just make sure you know 100% what you are getting — I thought I did based on what Maggie told me — she is a liar and cannot be trusted — they must work on commission because she couldn’t transfer my five phones over fast enough — she even had to lie about what I would be getting in order for her to get her commission.

These guys are the best! They take my phone and either fix it or teach me how to use it whenever I show up. They’ll usually send me on my way with free accessories and they’ve never charged me for fixing the phone, even though they always tell me when I arrive it’ll be $ 35. They are so much more knowledgable than the salespeople in the other sprint stores in the area.
