Tattoo Lous

I’ve wanted my Daith piercing for some time now — but after a questionable experience with a Tragus piercing at a local shop I was hesitant. That was until I met Kaspa — at Tattoo Lou’s — Bayshore, NY location (he also works in Centereach!). He is a very experienced piercer (14+ years) and his personality and free spirit will immediately put you at ease. That is all before you find out that he is a member of the APP (Association Of Professional Piercers). In a nutshell if you plan to get anything pierced other than your earlobes you owe it to yourself to do some research and find a piercer who follows specific guidelines pertaining to hygiene, sterilization and more importantly skill. Until recently — there was NO shop/​piercer on Long Island who has piercers that are Member Of this Organization. When you meet Kaspa — You will immediately realize that you are in good hands. He will discuss your desired piercing, walk you thru the jewelry selection process and show you proof that the instruments and jewelry he will be using for your piercing & insertion is sterilized, and then walk you thru the piercing process itself. I cannot speak highly enough of him and I promise you will leave the shop having an amazing & positive experience. I cannot wait for my next piercing. As an FYI, I am over 50 and not new to piercings, however have previously traveled out of state for them. I am so glad to know that there is a qualified piercer on Long Island for my future piercing needs!!!

I stopped by yesterday and spoke to Sharpee about a simple cover up on my arm. Sharpee seemed kinda grouchy, he told me that he could not do a cover up because of this, that or the other thing. I guess I’ll have to find a tattoo parlor that has artists that want to work.

Shop is very clean, staff is super nice and friendly. I’ve gotten a few piercings here and every time I’ve gotten pierced they opened all of the needles in front of me to assure that everything was sterile.

I recently got a tattoo here done by an artist named Sharpee. I had an idea for a tattoo and he made it come out even better than I could of ever imagined! He really took him time to ensure my tattoo would come out right. The tattoo shop is super clean and the front desk people are friendly. I would highly recommend this shop and Sharpee as an artist to anyone!
