Got here on time for a 3:15 pm appointment. Waiting room is packed. At 4pm I learn that there are people who have been waiting here for 3 hours.
The front office staff is among the worst you’ll ever find. They can’t seem to take the time to actually listen to what patients say, so simple requests become major headaches.
The sad part is that the doctor is very good. He just has no backup.
