One star Bcuz it won’t let me out«zero» stars. Ever since they remodeled or built this new mc Donald’s the evening staff is extremely SLOW. Like I’m waiting in my car for 20 mins and when I drive back around the drive thru n ask is my food ready they start arguing with each n the manager comes out asking me if I can wait until they make it or offered to give my money back. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches Bcuz mc Donald’s is now advertising breakfast avail 24 hours a day but this was not the case in this disorganized mc Donald’s. Beware people. Fast food not so Fast in the place!

The girl at the drive through speaker not only rushed me through my order, but was also dropping F bombs. Then when I go to pick up my order there was soda gushing out of the lids and all down the sides of the cups, and when I told her I was missing an order of fries, she handed me the missing fries, no bag or anything, then looked at me like I was crazy. I really think something needs to be done to address the sloppy customer service. It just reopened and is already off to a bad start.

I promised myself a Big Mac one time during my entire pregnancy, so here I am. Long drive through line. Old fries. Lukewarm burger. Cashier forgot our sauces. I am reminded once again, why I don’t have fast food.

Long lines in drive through at 1pm. None of the staff seem happy to see ya. The fries were tepid. The burger roll was dry. But the service was quick.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and it is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I know many people might be thinking, «well yea, what did you expect?» However, just being a McDonald’s is not an excuse for poor quality food or service. I’ve been to some that had excellent service, where the food was tasty and hot, prepared quickly and without error. I’ve experienced none of those things here, though. It’s clear from their attitude that the staff could care less about doing their jobs, or about the customers in front of them. I’ve yet to order even something as simple as an ice cream cone and get it in less than ten minutes. One morning, in fact, while waiting to receive my cup of burnt coffee and soggy egg McMuffin, someone came in and complained loudly about how they had once again ruined his drive-thru order, pointing out that this happened every single time he came. I thought to myself, if this is a regular occurrence for you, then why do you keep coming? And then the irony hit me: I couldn’t explain why I kept coming either. I think next time I have a craving for some fast food, I’ll let it pass or make the drive to Sonic’s.

Most horrible experience you will ever have. The staff is ghetto and everyone has an attitude like they don’t want to be there, including the manager and they are soooo slow that you will start to grow roots and turn into a plant while waiting.
