We called and placed a order at 7:00pm a new hired employee took our order, We ordered a XL pizza (Two toppings) Plus cheese sticks I also asked for a 2 Liters of ginger ale (They gave us PEPSI then when I called to Complain The store manager said we was never charged for our soda… Further more I asked for 4 paper plates and 4 cups (Never got ANY plates or cups ATALL) Ms.Miriam is the WORSE staff member this store has and due to her Y’all lost two families (and I’m telling Everyone I know what happened) However The delivery man was polite and respectful and did the best job possible…

I ordered online the Hawaiian Chicken pizza. Well they sent us the tropical luau. The main difference is that one has Canadian bacon and one doesn’t. My fiancé can’t eat pork so when we realized it had the bacon on it we called and asked them to send us the correct one. the employee gave us a hard time saying that it said on the website that the hawaiian one had bacon on it when it didn’t. so eventually they said they would send us a new one. I waited outside while my fiancé was in the house sick for 50 minutes. The point of this is that they never showed up with the new pizza and didn’t answer my calls back when i called them. if you decide to order from here check your food before you eat it and good luck!

Ok. It’s not the food or the staff but the lack of employees working at this location that makes this Papa Johns SUCK! What would possess someone to have a single employee left alone at a location especially on NFL Sunday??? Waiting for a order placed online is pointless and taking a carry out is like waiting for paint to dry! Ugh. Like I said the staff is ok but the lack of employees with such high demand is ridiculous! The manager to this location needs a serious kick in the ass!
