Horrible customer service on this store. Refused to do a return and exchange since he said «it will mess up his inventory». Items were new and unopened. Go to another Sleepy’s store, if you want better service.

I went to this Bayonne location and Eric was very friendly and professional. He provided exceptional customer service and answered all my questions in full detail. He illustrated what was covered under the warranty and how to properly take care of the bed so the warranty won’t be voided. He also explained why the product is constructed that way

Great store, lots of options. The salesperson Anthony is very talented, patient, and can sell a mattress to everyone that walk-​in. (At least happened when I was there a copule of months). Highly recommended!
