Having lived on Long Island for over 20 years, I experienced countless disappointment when dealing with pool service companies. These negative experiences have ranged from missed service calls (without the common courtesy of a phone call) to services being «allegedly» rendered and then being over-billed for these phantom services. Well, Nicholas Donadio is a rare breed. His company’s responsive is unmatched. Service calls are on time, attentiveness to the idiosyncratic needs of the customer is unparalleled and his prices are truly «rock bottom.»
On a personal note, I am divorced now and live out of state and for obvious reasons, I can no longer tend to the pool. knowing that Nick is there to assure that my kids have a crystal clear and safe pool to enjoy this summer in my absence is a godsend.
