We went to two or three pools companies for a large semi-​inground pool and Dunrite was by far the easiest to deal with. There was no hard sell, no knocking of the competition, no bad vibes. The salesman made a recommendation based on our needs and gave us a fair price. He even made a site visit as I was concerned with tree roots and available space. The excavation and installation was top notch and Phillipe had us up and running in no time.
I am a pool newbie and he and the team were on hand for weeks and months whenever I had a question. Very patient and helpful, he is a credit and an asset to the company. Even now — a couple of years later I get excellent help whenever I call. They are also very helpful in the retail store — they work with you to make sure you are happy. In my experience, Dunrite is a great company!

My wife and I are purchasing our second pool with Dun Rite because of their superb service, installation and follow up after we bought our first pool in our previous house. Before we purchased our new home, Dun Rite looked at the yard with us and went over where the pool would be installed. They always are available and always follow up. After the pool was installed our problems were resolved within a day, often times the problems were resolved the same day. I can’t believe there are negative reviews. I have experienced nothing but the best service before, during and after the installation from Dun Rite.

went there is the beginning of the season. and were informed the salesman had gone home for the day but we were helped by an elderly woman. very generic assistance — basically we could have sat there and read the brochures on our own and gotten the same info. we left our ph # and no one ever called back (we wanted an above ground 21′ round pool) guess that order is too small for them. we did purchased a top of the line 20′ round pool at Brothers 3 in Sayville total cost with filter and install $ 5,000 -

Decent work, they use fairly decent products, everything is done by subs, but subs have been with them a while. Bad communication, they will show up without calling or not show when they are supposed to. They are combative when you call with a problem. The staff can be arrogant and rude and typically defensive when you ask questions. Overall decent offering, terrible business skills in my opinion.

We hired Dunrite pools to put in a inground pool at our home. The salesman was so nice. He explained everything they would need to do, how long it would take, the cost… He left everything for us to go over and we called him when we were ready. No pressure — loved that ! The crews that were here were very efficient. Its a rather big job, but they made it seem like nothing. We already had one of our friends use them from our recommendation. And they were just as happy as we are. Loving our pool !
