They’re ok. Could have a little more in the way of machines, especially for arms and abs. Can’t beat the price and included classes though. Hours could be better also. Staff is always friendly, location is convenient being right off the highway.

I absolutely love this gym. I belong to the one in Holbrook but this one is much bigger. Instructors are great. Front desk ladies are wonderful. Overall I love this gym. Best classes Zumba, tonoga, kick boxing, and the small group training classes are amazing, and a great price. They also have babysitting.

I visited many gyms but the fact that this gym is for lady’s ONLY it motivates me to come more often. It’s clean has a good selection of machines. The classes are awesome, they offer babysitting. It’s not expensive. They don’t have a pool or a sauna but I just enjoy the fact no creeps looking at me while I try to brake a sweat !

Don’t go to this gym if you want your car broken into. This just happened to me and the girl at the front desk said «we have security cameras but they don’t work very well».
If they don’t work very well then why even have them, or why not upgrade them? This location has been open for at least 3 years and there have already been a few break-​ins, one of which was the girl who said the cameras don’t work well. Two other cars were broken into the same night mine was.
Drive a few miles east and go to Bohemia, or north to the Commack location.

I’m a fan of the great staff. If you can, try to come during non peak hours and not during classes, but if you like crowds and fighting for parking, come to take class with Brandon!

Middletown, NY
Lucille roberts is cheap, I’ll give them that. I like the Zumba classes at this location, as all of the instructors are excellent. There are a few machines, both cardio and training. I wish they were open more often, as I think they open at 8 and close at 9 on weekdays, weekend hours are only 9 – 1. The management and Staff here are all genuinely nice, but this gym has had some downfalls, like the speakers not working for almost a month.
