The chicken was great and we enjoyed the food. However the atmosphere of the place may not be the best. The floors are sticky and it appears to be kind of dirty. It gave off a shady sort of vibe because of how dim and also how dirty it appeared. It’s not as well-kept as some of the other Bonchon places I’ve been to. However the food was still great!

Let me start by saying I did not eat here. My family and I are huge fans of this brand but once you walk in here all you can think of is no way! The doors are tinted dark. It looks like a storage place with tables and chairs. Smells weird and looks dirty. Won’t return.

I have been hearing a lot about Korean fried chicken and we don’t have Bön Chon at home. Glad a took a little detour on the way to the airport for lunch. The chicken was delicious. Very crunchy and flavorful on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. As other reviewers have pointed out the floors tables etc seem a little sketchy and dirty — but hey the food is good so there is always take out!

Chicken is addicting and the servers are friendly and fluent in English. But the parking spaces in the lot are really skimpy and that causes alot of dings. The restaurant itself is cozy but idk why their floor is always sticky. So now i get my chicken to go. Lolz

Firstly, let me say that I am huge Bonchon fan. And I’d give many of their restaurants 5 stars(including those in Cambridge, MA). However, this branch isn’t very clean. The table and floors were sticky. They cook quickly but it doesn’t meet the standards of other Bön Chon restaurants. So 5 stars for Bön Chon, just not this chain.

The soy garlic chicken is delish and so is the Blue Moon by the pitcher. The service is TERRIBLE and the place is SO dirty. The tables are always dirty and sticky. The bathroom is gross.

Great Chicken half and half is the way to go soy and garlic perfect marriage. The pickled radishes aren’t half bad either. The potstickers ate delicious too filed with pork and cabbage

Went to the Bell Blvd location in Queens and I am satisfied. I ordered the 4 drum one wing mix. Spicy drums had the right amount of spices and the garlic flavor had a little too much garlic. Still the drums came out hot and crisp, moist and tender on the inside.

The chicken here is amazing! Super crispy and the sauces are delicious. We always get both flavors. Only complaint is that the inside feels really dirty and the service is almost non existent after you get your food. I’d get this place for take out next time.

I would recommend calling if you’re doing a takeout. The wait time could be 25mins long. They need to renovate the place, the inside looks like a chinese fastfood place.

I’m a huge fan of KFC, Korean Fried Chicken, as it has a unique flavor that distinguishes it from american fried chicken. This place is a great spot to experience such amazing flavors, where my friends and I end up ordering 2 and even at times 3 servings. The place itself is not large but could accommodate groups of 4 – 6 people. There is a ‘Korean’ feel to it, from the moment you step in. Each table comes with its own buzzer to alert the servers; who are friendly and attentive. The fried chicken comes in two flavors, spicy or soy garlic; I personally prefer the soy garlic option, as I(my bowels) cannot handle spicy food. The soy garlic chicken is tender, juicy, and has an awesome glaze to it, it will leave you licking your fingers. It’s so good that I guarantee you will get another order of it. Order a side of sweet potato fries and onion rings, they’ll go well together I did try their spicy option, it tasted great; initially you’ll experience somewhat of a sweet taste, but then your tongue will lite on fire-I had to wait 5 – 10 minutes for the spiciness to resolve, if you’re used to spicy then def try this. My friends enjoyed it very much. This place is great if you’re looking to try Korean chicken, would come back again

I had to order wings for my kid’s birthday party and MFC was closed over that weekend so had to opt for another joint. This place won! Wings were delicious and while some of my guests said the spicy was kick-ass and couldn’t bare another bite, I didn’t get to try any so couldn’t attest to it myself. Overall love the flavor and so nice of them to give you a free order of large wings after ordering 8 large orders. I wouldn’t recommend eating here though, parking can be a pain, the place looks kind of dirty and small and smells funny! LoL

Ok, This place is… good & bad. Good: Chicken wings, pretty effin tasty. Nice crunch, texture and all that jazz. If you’re in the mood for some interesting/different wings — def. recommend in that regard. Bad: I think the bathroom at 7⁄11 is cleaner. Srs. I’m scared to see what the kitchen looks like. It is a bit hard to recommend a place that has icky sticky tables and a very inattentive staff. But the wings are pretty damn good. Why can’t you just clean up… once in a while.

Had the large combo soy garlic a few times now and it can feed two people well. I like the drumsticks the most because they’re huge and I love dark meat. If you get combo it comes with wings and drumsticks. The wings are small and so are some of the drumsticks. The soy garlic is addicting and I’ve yet to ty the spicy. The order usually comes with two side dishes either cole slaw, daikon/radish, and I think I got kimchi before. The menu offers a bunch of other sides and other dishes besides chicken. Their pancake is tasty as well. Also, if you collect 8 coupons from the large orders they’ll give you the 9th for free: D I take out but there is a dining area for those who want to dine in.

I ordered the half half combo with 4 wings &1 drum with hot potstickers. The wings/drumstick had some great flavor however, the skin was not crispy enough & it was crazy oily. The potstickers were mice and crispy but the filling to me was a little gooey, the flavor was good though. Now i have to admit, i go to mad for chicken a lot so i basically ordered from here to see which is better & i must say, mad for chicken has the win. I will be trying kyochon next, when i do i will update. … Just updating as promised. 1. Mad for chicken 2. Kyochon 3. Bonchon

When my wife and I just HAVETO satisfy our cravings for Korean Fried Chicken Wings… there is NOOTHER better way to do that then with BonChon chicken! We came to this location because we live in Queens because it’s MUCH closer than Koreana Restaurant in Hicksville where we usually go and where they also serve BonChon chicken. If you have never had Korean fried chicken before then you are in for an amazing taste sensation! We had a large order of Soy Garlic Wings. The wings are amazingly light, crunchy, sweet, tasty and meaty all at the same time, and not extremely greasy at all. We also shared a large order of fries that were still crunchy and crispy even after they had cooled off, and we also shared an order of takoyaki… one of my FAVORITE Japanese comfort foods. The complimentary Asian cole slaw with ginger sauce was also a delicious, tasty treat. I also have to check out the Okonomiyaki(another favorite Japanese food of mine that is a mix between a pizza and a pancake) on my next visit. As this location is situated in a Korean area of Queens, there are also several Korean entrées on the menu as well as an assortment of beers and Soju, an alcoholic Korean beverage that I’ll have to try on my next visit. We both liked the vibe of the eatery with it’s subdued lighting and large screen TVs that showed a mix of K-Pop, R&B and pop videos. After a long and hard work week, dinner at BonChon chicken was a nice way to end the week. So if you haven’t already been here, please GO and check it out! My wife and I will most definitely be back.

I don’t know about others but for me, I come here for the delicious chicken! Not like the other places, I don’t care about the service as long as they don’t mess up my chicken. Really. That’s all I ask and they have followed through Delicious soy garlic and spicy chicken but I’m not too crazy about the other stuff. Occasionally I do grab the sweet potato fries but I wish they had a variety of dipping sauces…

Where to even begin I was over my brothers house and oh man he ordered about 80 wings from this place and let me tell you it was one of the best wings I have ever had in my life, can’t explain it was just so right!!! Everything else is just speechless. I have to actually order from here again and go here but what I do know are there wings.

I literally live two blocks away from Bön Chon, which is why my BFF was in shock when I told her I’ve never been. Sure, it may be a chain restaurant AND a hole in the wall, but just thinking about their soy garlic chicken makes my mouth water. Forget ordering anything else. I just find it hilarious that everyone is complaining about them being greasy because first of all, it’s not overly so. Secondly, it’s fried chicken — what do you expect? The texture is crispy but not heavy. Personally, I prefer the wings and strips over the drumsticks. Comes with a side of lightly pickled daikon and some ginger dressing salad, too! Will come back again and again.

Finally got to make it in. Was not disappointed. My daughter and I ordered edamame and the 8 wings with 3 legs in soy ginger marinade. Service was great, the edamame was not too salty and had a good«Pop». The chicken was delicious. Crunchy and moist. The only complaint could be that they could have used a little more sauce but the waiter offered sauce so it can’t be a real complaint. Best fried chicken in the area for sure.
