Great experience I was greeted by Christopher I purchase my new iPhone 6s and an Apple Watch I can’t wait to start using them. I was in and out. He also explain everything to me very clear. Everyone was nice and friendly I highly recommend them

I came to the Northern Blvd. Sprint location to get my pictures from an old phone downloaded to my new IPhone. Caresse was very helpful. While the current setup did not allow for a download she gave the name of another location where I can get it done.

Caresse was very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and even tried to find a box for my shipping needs. The place is immaculate and very customer friendly. Will be back!

My son wanted to switch phone carriers and made the decision to join Sprint because they offered more data for the same price we were paying. Chris The sales associate that took care of us was very patient, professional and most of all attentive to our needs. He gave us a secure feeling that if ever the need arises he would do his best to make sure that he address any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends in the future.

Awesome service every time I step in that store! High energy, everyone is so polite and the store looks great. Been with sprint for 8 years and I’m not going anywhere else! They saved me money on bill and I got a new tablet to use with my son.

Over the holidays, my daughter who has been using a cell phone from the dark ages was in serious need of an upgrade. One problem… she had Verizon service and did not want to change providers.
Verizon is everywhere, and does provide excellent service, but that being said, even with her being grandfathered in to a good service… they raised the rates. Yes they certainly did, shocking I know, but they gave her notice about 6 months ago and the rate hike hit. Bam!
G checked with Sprint to find out what cell coverage service was like in Houston, and could we add her to our plan. Service area was great in Texas and YES we could add her to the plan. Bingo, my daughter gets a new phone, new rate plan and everyone is happy.
Oscar was helping us make all of the switches happen and he was great. He did all of the transferring of contacts from her ancient android her new gold IPhone. You would have thought it was Christmas, oh it was Christmas. She picked out her special colors for her protector and then it was off to the races for a 30 year old to figure out her new phone.
I will say that customer service here at this Sprint location can be lacking but our experience here with Oscar was perfect. He even went into the back room looking for a special teal colored protector for the phone. Oscar was very informative and we would definitely recommend anyone looking to change services to contact Oscar for assistance.
A millennial without good phone service, holding an ancient android phone and a rate plan hike, is definitely an unhappy millennial.
PS. If you Mom hooks you up with a fancy IPhone, send more pictures and call more often. I love you my baby in Texas.

Im glad im not the only one who found the customer service in the store both substandard and unprofessional. On the three occasions I have been in the store, that is what I experienced. Please take the reviews seriously and retrain your staff.

Terrible experience!
I have been a Sprint customer for over ten years, and have been generally happy with their service. I regret that the situation has now changed. I believe that the Sprint Store in Bayside, NY (on Northern Blvd) either misrepresented the contract they sold me, or they simply do not understand the terms of the contract.
I have three phones in contract with Sprint. The contract on two of the phones expired so I went in the Sprint Store in Bayside, NY to upgrade the two phones to IPhone 6, and to retain a similar plan as I recently had.
The Sprint employees analyzed our plan and current usage and believed they could offer a better plan that would save us money. The original plan we had was unlimited data, but since our data usage was relatively low, they offered a shared data plan of 8 GB. In addition, they said they had a promo that included a FREE Tablet. I asked, is it completely free, no recurring charges? They said that I get 1 GB of data FREE!
I tried to find out what would be my new monthly bill. They could not show me a breakout, but assured me repeatedly that I would end up paying less than my current bill. Plus I get a free Tablet! Given that I had been doing business with Sprint for over 10 years, I had no reason to doubt their intentions. I signed the contract. They also assured me that they would waive the activation fees on the three new devices: the two new phones and the Tablet.
I finally got the bill, and it was $ 455. (The bills under the older plan ran around $ 190). After adjusting for the activation fees (3 X $ 36 = $ 108) it still seems higher than expected. What I notice is that in the bill there are a number of unexpected items.
For each of the three phone lines I see the following:
Term Access Charge $ 25 $ 25.00
Phone Access w/​Unltd Talk/​Text $ 15.00
I also see that the Tablet, which they said was 1GB of data FREE each month, shows a $ 15 monthly fee.
Finally, I see that there’s a monthly fee for warranty service that I did not ask for.
I brought my bill to the Sprint Store, and they explain to me that the bill has a number of errors. They said that I am not supposed to pay the Term Access Charge ($ 25) and Phone Access ($ 15) for each line. They said it is a mistake and they will ask for it to be adjusted. They also tell me that they will remove the warranty service.
At this point I ask for clarity on my new monthly bill. I asked them to put it in writing, and they did. I have a handwritten note.
The breakout should be as follows:
8GB Shared Plan $ 70
1GB for Tablet $ 15
Lease fee on first IPhone 6 $ 20
Lease fee on second IPhone 6 $ 20
Minus corporate discount, plus surcharges and taxes.
Finally, I got a clear answer, in writing (albeit a handwritten note). I seem to understand the plan and it makes sense. All the other items were erroneous and were to be adjusted. The Store was supposed to call me when the adjustments are made.
They never called, and most of the adjustments were never made.
I called the Store and asked when the adjustments would be made. They tell me not to worry, it just takes time. Another week passes and the bill is still not corrected.
I decided to chat with someone from Sprint. After a two hour chat (I have the transcript) they explain that the bill is wrong, but not as wrong as I think. According to their understanding, some of the charges are real.
Now I am more confused. The Sprint representative and the Sprint Store in Bayside don’t seem to agree on what the charges should be. I explained to him that the Bayside Sprint Store clearly itemized what my charges should be. So I see three possibilities here:
— Either the Bayside Sprint people are lying and are deliberately misrepresenting the plan, or
— The Bayside Sprint people don’t understand the plan themselves, and think that their understanding is correct, or
— The Sprint representative that I chatted with is wrong, and the Bayside Sprint people are correct.

I only went there because I had to drive in that direction. I normally frequent carle place. Staff may need better supervision there was no professionalism at all

Horrible experience. Called the store before driving out to ensure they have the phone I wanted (S6 Edge). Asked the sales associate if they have it in stock in different colors and was told they did.
When I arrived at the store, all sales associates appeared busy so I waited and waited for 15 minutes before someone asked if I signed in. Unaware I needed to sign in to be helped, other customers coming in (after me) were directed to sign in (before me). It wasn’t busy in there, I’d hate to see how bad the service would have been if it was actually busy.
When it was my turn to be served (20 minutes after walking into the store), I asked to see the S6 Edge in white and black. To my disappointment the sales associate told me they sold the last one earlier today and that they would not be receiving any new inventory. I explained that I called a few minutes before heading out and was told there were several in stock. The sales guy apologized and I left.
Poorly trained staff. Would not recommend buying from this store.
