This place is a gem! The whole smoked chicken was juicy and delicious. The brisket was super tender. And the pork rib meat fell off the bone! We enjoyed the potato salad and cole slaw was pretty good. The cole slaw was a little creamy for my taste but I’m pretty picky about my cole slaw. And last – the bar-b-q sauce was kinda sweet and great for folks who don’t like it spicy. I will be back to this place for sure and recommend it for sure!

I’ve seen this place every day going to work and never thought much of it when looking at the place. One day I went out for lunch and ended up in this area due to traffic. I decided to stop by because it was packed outside so I thought I’d give it a try. The line was out to the door and they said there would be a 20 minute wait. I decided to wait and I got my food 10 minutes before having to go back to work. But as I waited the desserts looked so good and all the orders that would pass me by looked so tempting. The ribs I’ll have to go back and try that was one thing that really caught my attention. They are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I had a bbq sandwich but I think I’ll be back again later to try the ribs.

Read a lot of good reviews; wife & I decided to try 4-corners out ourselves. We weren’t disappointed; ribs were tender and tasty. Jalapeño sausage was excellent but not too hot. Liked the celery in the potato salad too.

Been here a couple times with family and friends, and always able to order and sit down promptly. Their meats are pretty good, and the side of corn with spices is so good and really spicy, But you can’t stop eating it! We will probably definitely be back again before leaving TX! Make sure you order the plates to choose from 1 – 3 meats to get the most out of their selection!

Simply put: this is the best bbq brisket I’ve ever had. Unpretentious and delivered the way you request. Not so sure on all other offerings, but honestly I don’t care. Best. Brisket. Ever. Suggestion: order ½# brisket with warm bbq sause. Nothing else needed.

Didn’t want to leave Texas without provisions, so we stopped at 4Corners on our way to Louisiana. Wasn’t disappointed. Tried the ribs and brisket, both tender and flavorful. The beans were wonderful and not too sweet; corn was delicious! Stop here! It’s good!

I am in absolute awe of this place. I came to pick up lunch for a doctors office from here and decided to go ahead and get something for myself as well. I have to say that I was surprised by how amazing the BBQ potato was. I will definitely come back here if I am in the area and need some family cooked food

The ribs and pulled pork were excellent. The beans and mac salad was just average. All in all it was a good stop for BBQ.

Had chopped beef sandwich. Was decent but a little too much like a sloppy joe to send me running back for another. Overall I like the place and will be back but try something else.

Good food and good service, but did not like the fact you had to pay extra for pickles or unions unlike other bbq restaurants

Love me some 4-corner BBQ. In order of my faves: 1. Ribs! Crispy and tender. 2. Chopped brisket sandwich 3. Pork brisket sandwich with cole’slaw on top of the meat between the buns. 4. Chocolate pie or Cheese cake. Located at the corner of Old Market Street and Crosby-Lynchburg on top of the rise overlooking the San Jacinto river bridges of I-10. The building is an interestingly renovated historical gas station. It has been there since WW2. Want a little«get away»?, drop by for a to-go, keep driving south to the Lynchburg ferry, pull off onto the side of the road and watch some river/ship channel traffic up close.

You have to go on Tuesdays for the pork chop dinner. It’s awesome. Comes with a big sweet potato and broccoli casserole. Got my fix today!

Decent BBQ. Mainly get the sandwiches and all of them are not skimpy on the meat. Prices are reasonable. It is a usual choice for my company to eat at.

Fully loaded baked potato with brisket and BBQ sauce?! Yes, please! I can’t believe how big the potato was and how much if it I made it through… Definitely recommend giving it a whirl — easy stop if you are on I-10!

Today was my second time Ewing at 4 Corners BBQ, and both times i called in my order for pick up. Today I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and I got my daughter the grilled cheese. When I arrived the ladies preparing food and taking orders were busy. My sandwiches weren’t quite done yet. Then all of a sudden a larger man kept yelling from a back room area. Then things got a bit chaotic in the establishment and the larger guy came out of the back area and started taking orders, while somewhat angrily shouting at the ladies to make this, don’t make that, stop and hurry and make this, where’s this, do that… That was this guys attitude to the gals. The food is just ok, we really like Rudy’s better. But I scarfed down my BBQ sandwich. The grilled cheese was absolutely terrible. It was a hamburger bun turned inside out with cheese kind of melted in between the outside of the bun squished together. For $ 2.90, grill me a cheese.
