Please what ever you do. DO NOT EAT HERE. Not because of the food wish I never tasted but because of the service before that greets the people. They are rude and unprofessional. Their lack of training it’s unreal and if you talk to the manager or person in charge it’s even worst. So please if you like to be treated with respect and courtesy. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Every time I’ve been to this location something’s been wrong with my order. There’s either hair in my food or the allergen I requested removed wasn’t. Earlier this week I couldn’t eat my Caesar salad due to the overwhelming amount of mayo or sour cream they used in this particular batch. At least the ziegenbock is $ 2 drafts all day

Went here with family for MIL’s birthday… had a big group and they took care of us. I had a ribeye that was cooked exactly how I ordered it. The steak was good, but it had a higher amount of fat than normal for a ribeye. Some of the other steaks in our group were not cooked correctly as ordered… :(that is where the 4 stars comes from… close but just not 100% yet…

Just passing through. Stopped as I always do when I find one of these since we don’t have them in so cal. Food was awesome. Waitress a little inattentive since her bf is sitting at bar but no big I come for the food and it was good as always.

Good is almost always cooked perfectly. If not, they’ll re cook it!
Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly.
Service is great!
Meat quality is better than most, and price is reasonable!

This is basically as good as it gets for Baytown. The service is great and the steaks are always flavorful. The beer is ice cold. There is a lot of parking. It gets packed on the weekends to come early if you don’t want to wait.

The place was busy, waiting time was about 20 minutes or so, but was worth it. Excellent service, friendly staff, tasty food. Delicious fall off the bone ribs, steaks cooked to perfection. Salads and vegetables are fresh. Love their home made bread. They serve a good amount of food for a reasonable price. One of my favorites Steakhouses. It is always a great dining experience.

If you have to eat chain, Texas Roadhouse is a good option. Consistently good food. And let’s not forget those rolls and butter!
I like their pickle app. Good bang for your buck. For a meal, their ribs are tender and tasty, their pork chop is the same. My favorite is their hand breaded chicken tenders with a side of the white gravy (for a spin on chicken fried chicken) plus ranch dressing.
Good salads. Good drinks (can be expensive). Good food. Good for a loud group. Good to attend alone and not feel weird (business traveler). See the theme? They’re good.

Amazing service! Was just there for a birthday dinner with a party of 14. Quick service and the waitresses were very attentive. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate. Very impressed!

Texas Roadhouse was a Madhouse last night at 7:20 but the waitstaff were all working and smiling! We were greeted and our names were taken with a great smile and encouraged to endure the estimated 25 – 30 min. wait with a bag of their gourmet peanuts! It’s hard to be disgruntled with peanuts in your mouth. The place was so swamped that the air conditioner was struggling with the humidity. After only 15 mins, our alerter went off and our booth table was ready! Despite the overrun of customers, our server was terrifically good and made the fact that we could hardly hear ourselves talking more bearable. Of the three of us there was good, hot food all around. Especially impressive was the huge slab of prime rib that our friend Mike ordered. It had to have been more than a pound and I could not believe that he ate the whole thing! The cat fish I ordered was fried, but it was not greasy and did not taste as if it had been fried with a batch of other stuff. I loved the batter, which was bread crumbs instead of corn meal. 3 fillets was more than I could finish, served with my choice of several sauces. It was not a place for loitering and visiting, we enjoyed ourselves greatly.

My husband loves this place! The food is good and they give you a good amount for the price. The buns are delicious with the cinnamon butter. We always get excellent service when we visit! My one complaint is the birthday party’s are so unorganized! Please come up with a better plan on how to handle birthday party groups! We just celebrated my husbands birthday at roadhouse on May 16 and they wanted to sit our group in two different booths across from each other. It was a big circus trying to make it work. Other than that keep up the good work! We love you texas road house!

Quick service, friendly waitresses. Their always very nice to my son. Buns are delicious. Overall nice casual place to dine with family.

This is not a place for a quick snake! Bring your appetite because you will need it. They serve rolls and flavored butter before and during your meal. The quality of the food is above average and the portions are large.
I found the waitstaff friendly but it is a chain restaurant and décor and operating system seems too rehearsed and predictable. Don’t need my waiters dancing in the aisle and singing songs for my pleasure. I’m there for the food, and not for what I consider «Cruise Ship» entertainment in the aisle.
I had the country fried steak and it was good, but not great.

We went on a Monday around 6pm.
No wait. food was fast & prices were good.
We were there during happy hour & drink prices were excellent.
Our server was Genesis & she was awesome. I would give her 5 stars.
I was not impressed by the rolls & weird butter. everyone else seemed to like them & it is nice to have something to munch on while you wait.
We had fried pickles as an appetizer & they were underseasoned. the batter was very bland.
I had the pulled pork. It was good & tender.
My husband had the chicken fried steak. he liked it.
The others had ribs, hamburgers, & steaks.
One person at the table ordered the salmon with grilled shrimp & everyone at the table quickly realized that was what we all should have ordered. It looked amazing.
the thing I found most unusual is the macaroni & cheese. it is definitely kraft mac & cheese from a box. tasted just like it. why on earth would a restaurant serve prepackaged mac & cheese?
The atmosphere in this place gets a negative score in my book.
The pictures & décor have nothing to do with Texas. pictures of all country music stars all over the place & none of them are from Texas. It was cheesy & weird.
Then about every 10 minutes they crank the music up really loud & the staff line dances in the restaurant. I get that it’s supposed to be fun but it is for an entire song & it is so loud you cannot hear the other people at your table. You have to just completely stop talking for 3 – 4 minutes while they do this nonsense.
I did have an issue with the bill & the manager handled it immediately & they were very nice.
the only reason we will go back is if we are in a big group & out voted. that’s simply because the music is ridiculously loud & the food’s just «okay».
I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings or some place like that if I am looking for loud music & a party atmosphere with okay food. I think this chain as a whole is just confusing. a sit down «steak house» with blaring music & no dance floor & the staff dances around in the middle of the restaurant. strange.

Came in around 930pm… seated quickly
The rudest blonde country girl server I have ever met, didn’t check on us more than twice.
Food seemed like it had been sitting out all day.
Cheese fries came out from under the «cheese».
Ribs were tougher than nails.
You think when we ordered top shelf drinks she would realize we would be big tippers, but nope.
Had 2 different people bring us items and ask us «Are these yours» nope to both times… no structure or organization.
I guess im spoiled in a bigger city Houston, I guess for baytown this is the best they can achieve… would NEVER go back.

The time we came here, which was a weeknight, was pretty ok. There was not a wait, and the waiter was nice. You’ve been to one Texas Roadhouse you’ve been to them all.
