This place has very poor customer service and waiters who rather make be smart @ss than take your order. Drive the 15 miles to Hooters if your craving wings.

I love the spicy habenero wings here. I prefer the bone in wings. The corn appetizer is very good too. The location is always clean and the servers are friendly. I think BWW should have better selections of menu items that compliment each other. Most wings are single add-​on items which end up costing more for the end customer. I would visit more often If they had more wings & fries combos. If you are a sports fan then you will enjoy the multiple tv’s placed around the restaurant. Oh yeah, looks like this location favors Barbers Hill. They have more if their football jerseys as opposed to Lee or Sterling. You guys are in Baytown youu know. Nothing against BH its just that it’s noticeable to someone who went to the ORIGINAL schools. Yes, they even have one from GCM

got sat on the patio, and never in my life have we waited 30 minutes to be greeted. the manager came out and blamed it on the host. even if she «hadn’t told them» we were out there, we went inside 3 times to ask for service. 15 minutes later we left without ever receiving drinks.

Wings are good. What makes this place is the beer and wings. If you are a sports nut then this is the place for you. Some locations are to be desired but overall it’s a good sports fan hangout

Absolutely love this location. My husband and I go here all the time and we always enjoy it. Nice and quick staff, good prices and awesome food.

I’m giving this location 1 star because of the lack oversight by the management. They call this place a sports bar, but it sounds more like a concert dj’d by Helen Keller. I mean what’s the point of having 20+ televisions with sports on them if you can’t even play the commentary over the 1 jukebox here. When I asked the manager why she couldn’t turn the jukebox off she said «someone paid 10 dollars to play these songs, if I shut this off, I have to pay them out of my own pocket.» To which I replied «I will give you $ 20 to give them to shut if off» and she refused! This music was on for the full 110 minutes I was at the restaurant and was still playing when I left, due to my ears bleeding. Will not be coming back here until they remove the jukebox. What a terrible experience. The only reason I’m giving this one star is because our waitress was exceptionally nice.

Is Buffalo Wild Wings a sports bar or a place where you play bad country music at the expense of sports? It can’t be the former, as the manager made very clear. When one «customer» who doesn’t order more than a soda can play his terrible music and 8 people who spent a lot of money on drinks and food can’t listen to the sport they came for, that’s not a sports bar. The servers are good, the management doesn’t understand customer service.

Service is good, which is a plus. Not impressed with the boneless wings, they’re mostly salty fry batter. They came out mostly dry and I ordered extra sauce to put on them. The ranch is super salty as well. The blue cheese has zero chunks of actual blue cheese and is saltier than the ranch. I’ve only ever had burgers/​sandwiches & friend here, I think I will stick to that. Or maybe I should have gone bone-​in? Oh well, at least our server was nice, attentive, and fast.

We go to BBW often wherever we are at (we travel a lot to different states). We love their wings and like to sit at the bar and watch a game but I have to say that this location is the best! We never get bad service and the bartenders are the best! There is one that we really like (Brian) he always has a smile on his face, knows his job well, and is very quick. We will be leaving this area soon and will miss this BBW :(

Favorite wing spot of all time! Service is always good. I don’t understand why the wing prices keep going up though. I eat here a lot, and honestly to ME the l wings seem to be smaller on Tuesdays! Lol

Raised prices again. Chicken is the cheapest protein around these days. No need to raise prices on chicken products. Ambience ok. I am thinking BWW as the place to go.

Stopped by this location yesterday with a group of six people. No wait to seat and no wait for a waiter. This location has a lot of seating. The food was hot and fast. It did not take long for our order to come out and the food was good. I just wish they would build a location closer to me.

Outstanding food, wonderful atmosphere. I love the trivia games while waiting on food. This is the only place I know that has Killians on tap. The food specials are outstanding.

The worst experience I have ever had @bw3! Food was ice cold and waitress never brought refills or napkins I asked for. Wasn’t going to write this but now two of us are laying In a hotel sick as dogs.

Best wings in Baytown. I’ve been eating at BW3 for years and this location is the same as the others. The wings are always cooked well and the sauces are amazing. I usually go for the mango habanero, caribbean jerk, jammin jalapeño and thai curry. The potato wedges covered in shredded cheese are great as well. The salads aren’t bad and they have healthier menu items as well. The beer selection is better than most places with quite a few local breweries represented. Nice size patio area and plenty of televisions for whatever game is on. The four stars are because of the service. The last two times I’ve gone our server has been pretty bad. It doesn’t seem like anyone is really sure what’s going on. This doesn’t stop me from going but it’s an annoyance. Atmosphere is always great.

Wow the place has changed! New touch screen trivia and games. A guest experience captain that makes sure you get anything you want on top of a hostess. The black bean burger is only 300 calories and wings are great low calorie option. The food was hot fresh so good. The service was awesome. Chelle and Julia were awesome! This is the place to be for games and fights.

Gluten Free Wings
So I never liked Chain Restaurants…
Being in Baytown for awhile I decided to give one a try, and I was craving some wings.
Parked up front, soon as we walked in Hostess was ready (better than some 5 star joints) got seated, I asked for a booth and she said okay!
Woman half naked fighting MMA style on a 100″ projector across the table (perfect).
Told Waitress I was Gluten-​Free, she asked manager, she said yes! SCORE GLUTEN FREE WINGS!
We tried the potato skins, was bunch of potato slices with bacon bits thrown on top, but if you dip it in the ranch it works out beautifully.
We ordered some drinks, she I’d me and my 86 year old grandmother which was funny more than upsetting, made her feel young again. Got some Alabama Slammers Cocktails, downed those, little heavy on the sweet n sour, but otherwise perfectully thirst quenching.
Got Large (20) piece, BBQ, Salt & Vinegar which were excellent and very interesting. Parmesan and Butter which were very very good, little greasy but just right. Dipped these suckers in ranch and felt like the fat kid I was, but no one judges you here since everyone is dirty and best of all you can get wet napkins right at your table like sweet n low packets, score!
They had the game system you could play on tvs, but they looked really dirty, so strayed away from them this time! Next time maybe!
Overall, as a foodie, I’m proud of you Buffalo, and for your manager even to come by and ask how everything was. Was very surpised for this business in Baytown to be running so professionally and smooth. KEEP IT UP!

This B-​dubs has their game together! for my ratings, 5 stars is usually saying a lot, but this place has never let me down in the numerous times that I’ve been. As in many of my reviews in this part of town, awesome lunch service is a MUST. This b-​dubs knows the routine. Our big group comes in, we order, we get our food, almost immediately get our tickets. Lets face it, there have been a couple ticket mix ups… but with 10 people and on many occasions, its bound to happen at least once.
Food is always up to the standard I expect from these types of restaurants and service is always friendly and attentive… I couldn’t ask for more! There are also great drink prices for happy hour, so we keep planning them here and coming back. They don’t mind that we push a million tables together and take up most of the bar ;)… (and if they do, they let us do it anyways… who can complain about being busy??)
Great for large groups and when you’re in a crunch for time!
