In an environment where employees come and go, Marcus has handled my family’s account for over four years. I’ve followed him from two other stores. He did a complete phone review to make sure I’m getting the best deal. He’s handled all my changes: when I’ve gone overseas, added lines, upgraded, and when the unfortunate accidents have taken my phones from me too soon. Marcus is the only Verizon person I deal with. Marcus is also the only one I know that will set an appointment so I don’t have to wait too long. If I just stop by, he is always helping someone so I usually have to wait a little longer, but he is worth waiting for. He knows his stuff and is honest.

I had to go to this store again a couple of weeks ago when the earpiece speaker on my phone went out. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and helpful. Not only did he attempt to fix the phone in the store(but ultimately we had to order a replacement, which was not a problem at all, unlike my previous experience with AT&T) but he also helped us lower our bill $ 20 by looking at our usage and suggesting a better plan for us.
