The service there SUCK’S @$$ I have had problems there in the past and reported it. I stopped going there for about 8 months. Then I thought I would give them a try again last week. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and not one car moved. I then attempted to go in the dining room but the side doors were locked. There was another customer inside and one of the employees just looked and me but never unlocked the door. I had to go tot the front door and I stood there for a few minutes and had to ask for help. I was them told that they were trying to get things going by this time it was 6:20 am and they open @ 6am. The other customer told me he had been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes B4 going inside as well. So I ending up leaving that day, this morning I returned however I did get through pretty fast but the food sucked there was a paper thin pieces of egg on both the biscuits I bought. Therefore I WILLNOTBEGOINGBACKTHEREAGAIN !!!

Zero stars! This manager here is more interested in chatting away with his staff. He can’t even take an order without getting his fat ass side tracked on the little girls cooking! We waited SO long for our food, I got a low carb jalapeño turkey burger and the lettuce was thrown on top and the jalapeños were in the bottom of the box! And there are customers waiting in line while he has his back turned to them! I am blown away by how horrible this store is!

Man this is the worst establishment period!!! Nobody speaks and they are super unorganized. I’ve ordered and went next toot to owners bread and got food, came back and still waiting. In watching the clock and it’s been over 18 min

Ehh what can I say, the food is decent and it comes at a reasonable price. Would I dine here often? Maybe not, I would be big as a house if I didn’t. Let’s just say Carl’s Jr comes through clutch when you can’t find anything better.

Terrible waitstaff. ALWAYS asked to pull forward even you order one item and there is no one in line. Window cashiers have attitudes when you refuse to pull forward. Cold and sloppy burgers. For less drama and better food, go somewhere else. BUT if you do go through the drive thru, unless you have a huge order for 2+ people, or something complicated to make(which you shouldnt) refuse to pull forward. When you do pull up, it resets thier timers and makes them look efficient to thier corporate offices, as with all drive thrus. Dont pad thier meters if you just ordered 1 plain cheeseburger, like we did.

The Six Dollar Low Carb Burger was supposed to be wrapped in whole lettuce leaves and instead was a patch work of all pieces which fell apart as you tried to eat it. I’ve had these in California and were always wrapped in whole leaves… This a new restaurant in this area. Opened for two weeks. Perhaps they will get it down!
