Been there many times. They are always friendly and courteous. Great food! The drive thru is usually is quick.

Usually love going to chic-​fil-​a but this one the employees aren’t as helpful as most others. They can and can’t do this never had a problem with my food but today I did and the attitude and demeanor was wrong. Grilled chicken was burnt avoid if you can.

All went well. Staff was kind and actually call me sir and said you very welcome. The lady that helped me was in a great mood. I also got my food in no time. Great job guys.

Chick fil a is a fAst food business I can go to and always count on great customer service, And fresh food. I went through the drive through close to lunch time, and the lines were extra long. I can guarantee you I was out of there in less than 5minutes. I was greeted with a «hello» and a smile at the window. They make you feel like they genuinely appreciate your business.
My food was hot, and my fries were fresh! I will forever go back here! They have some great lemonade!!! And

These people just get it right every time. Great workers, high moral, delicious chicken. I do wish they would not sound irritated when I order a lunch item at breakfast time.

Stopped in for lunch today, we almost walked back out because it was packed, but the employees here are so efficient that they quickly took care of the large crowd.
We had a party of 7 and we received amazing service. The employees checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. They brought us extra sauces and even refilled our drinks without any hesitation. The manager, Lowell, is awesome! He took the time to greet us and talk to us about our visit. Once he found out we came from Vegas for the Junior Olympics he congratulated our daughter and treated her (and us) to a delicious cookie.
The food was as expected, very good! But what made this place stand out was the excellent customer service.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The employees are so nice and excited to work there. The service is fast, & the food is wonderful.

I’m always craving Chick-​fil-​A on Sundays.
PROS:
— This location always offers amazing customer service.
I’ve been coming here for years now but just recently had a small mixup and they took care of it right away! They also gave me a cookie for my troubles.
— Keep an eye out on their specials! Sometimes they offer a free chicken biscuit, free breakfast, free drink, you name it. You just have to be on the look out.
CONS:
— With this being the only Chick-​fil-​A in Baytown it is always packed, especially during lunch! So be prepared to wait.
— Parking lot can be confusing. It’s a big circle so make sure you’re paying attention so you don’t run into anyone or have anyone run into you.
— It’s closed on Sundays — but that’s everywhere; after all, it is a Christian-​based company.

No matter how long the line is, this place is always the perfect picture of efficiency and courteous service.
While I’m not as much of a fan as many teens and young adults are, this place is pretty solid.
Also keep any eye out for the complimentary breakfast items! It seems that they have understood that the e-​mail RSVP for free breakfast is a bit much, and they have reverted to simply showing up. Isn’t showing up half the battle?

Good food like all chicfila restaurants. Just don’t be on lunch and expect to get in and out of the drive thru in a timely manner. I love the fresh lemonade!

Always friendly staff and amazing food. Employees always have a smile on their face and are happy to serve you. Restrooms are always clean as well.

I’ve been observing this place for about 6 months now. The customer service is definitely paradigm and makes anyone with lots of stuff in their mind or really busy have a place to just wind down besides going to Sbux.
All of the team members are fantastic, but I have to commend some of their staff since I’ve watched those who really go out of their way to help not only me but other customers: Roxanne, Michael, Danielle, and Steve (?) and Zachary (?). I do have one comment for improvement though; learn to forgive each other and try to help each other even though it gets busy — you are there for your customers, and you are all working as a team so learn to build each other up with your WORDS and don’t put each other down especially when you are at the back in the kitchen or on your break. But otherwise, keep up the work.
I work for a company system that values customer service. These young men and women (after college) would be a great addition to our company because of their interpersonal qualities.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this should suffice as my summary.

I absolutely love Chick-​Fil-​a! They have the best spicy chicken sandwich anyone has to offer! The Fresh whole wheat bun, Lettuce and Tomatoes with honey mustard sauce just makes the sandwich come together! (cant forget the pepper jack cheese, yumm!) I may be getting a little carried away by describing a sandwich but chick-​fil-​a just hits a spot with me! And to wash all that goodness down– they have THE best lemonade ever! (may be a little pricey for a fast food joint if you are with more than one person but who cares?! Its worth it!)
