First time at this location. But I love firehouse subs so it’s hard for me to say anything negative.. If you ever eat these you will be ruined because your Subway sub just won’t due. Even in a pinch I just can’t eat subway anymore. ;). Service is slow in all locations but it is slow cause they are lovingly making your fresh food. Hahahahah. I never mind the bit of a wait because I win in the end.

The sandwiches are good but the service is super slow. Even if you are the only one in the place it takes 7 minutes for a sandwich. Why?

Terrible, glacially slow service. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, paid for it and was told 5 minutes later they didn’t have any chicken salad. I gave them a second option, which was less expensive and I had to wait for them to serve everyone who came in after me before I got my sandwich. They never mentioned the difference in price. I won’t be back.

So I’ve been back since the initial opening with better bowel success so I’ve added a bonus star. I would have given more but their food seems to still be missing something compared to other locations. And my wife hates that they’ve added the calorie content to their menus lolololol.
They do have one of those touch screen soda dispensers that has all the added flavors, which my wife loves. We get the vanilla sprite that tastes like cream soda.
Overall, it’s better than any subway and most Quiznos. We’ll probably be back.

The food is wonderful. But they need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The employees were not interested in keeping the place clean.

Food is great, place is very clean, plus they house a Coca-​Cola Freestyle soda machine (the new 2009 touch screen soda machine with over 100 different coke flavors). People were nice, good menu, would recommend.

I love this place. The meatball sandwich is yum yum yummy, just don’t expect to leave there without it on your shirt… perhaps I’m just a slob. One lady at the counter is rude and snippy but the heck with her she seemed very unimportant and easily replaceable. There was a new guy the last time we went I believe his name was Josh he was the first person to offer to round up and donate the change to local fire fighters, thanks for informing us we will definitely do so! Great brisket sandwich too! CHECK IT OUT!

It’s a bit pricey, but all deli-​style restaurants are, IMO. I got the Club on a Sub 6 inch and my hubby got the footlong Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sub with extra meat, which they really piled on! My hubby really enjoyed his sandwich. The subs are good, although I do wish they offered the option to toast them. The soda machine boasts 120+ brands and looks like something from outer space, but we didn’t get drinks with our sandwiches since we were going home to eat. They have probably about 20 or more different varieties of hot sauce at the counter that you can try. Service was friendly.
