I cannot recommend this place. My husband and I have been loyal customers for 5 months and we frequent their hookah bar. We consider ourselves regular loyal customers. However today when We went in to purchase some of their products they refused to let me use their restroom facilities. They said that a customer left drugs in their restroom and now they have a policy not to let any outside customers use it. We left without purchasing our products and plan never to return.

My husband and I really like this place. The gentleman who runs the counter is always polite and very well-informed about everything in the store, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. I have been to several smoke shops in both Waco and Baytown and some places make you feel uncomfortable or even unwelcome when you ask questions or purchase certain items, but here is the exact opposite. All of our questions were met with courtesy and thorough explanations, which we were very pleased with. The store is also a hooka bar where you can sit in the back and chill for a while and the hours run rather late, which is also good for those who don’t have set hours at work. He sells sodas, energy drinks, munchies, and the last time we went he was expanding into clothing.
