Good stop here today for our needs. Supply of many items not necessarily good for us. However… they did have Days O Work plug chewing tobacco which I had not seen for many years and was a favorite way back then. So. got that and loved it. Real black licoricy flavor. Just gotta love it! Friend was searching for nice cigars and the knowledgeable sales lady helped and offered selections she liked herself. So he got some of that, and actually is his new favorite cigar. Thanks folks. You did great and we hope to return.

I have been shopping here for a couple years to get my cigarettes, glassware and water pipes. Their prices have always been affordable, while still providing great quality goods and assistance to help you find anything you may need.

I have been buying vapor goods online since I was not too comfortable going to the novelty shops that carry those products. Well stocked, clean, well lit and the two ladies working there were very polite and helpful. Prices were as good as I have been getting on line and no shipping. Glad a co-worker told me about thus place, I will go back.

The owner claims he «tries to provide the best in products, quality, service, or anything else that matters to the customer,» but if his idea of any of these claims is to accuse a customer of lying right to their face, then he has no grasp of what any of the above mentioned concepts mean. I have been a faithful customer here for a year. I have brought business to this store by recommending friends and coworkers to shop here. No more. I purchased a tank for my vape pen, walked right outside and saw a huge crack in the side of the tank, and turned right around and went back inside to have my problem resolved. I was immediately accused of intentionally damaging the product, told the product warranty ends when you leave the store, and the owner did not return my battery to me after«inspecting» the crack in the tank. Meaning he unscrewed my battery from the tank and placed it somewhere else while«inspecting» the tank. I had to insist to have my battery returned to me and all the employees in the store fumbled around as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Why my battery was removed from my tank to begin with is beyond me. The owner claims that his products do not come to him damaged. I guess UPS is gentler with his packages than anyone else’s, because damages in transit DO happen, and so do factory defects. I have made much larger purchases in this store, but I guess if I am going to lie about any of them, it would be the $ 10 one. Right? This is very poor customer service, and it’s very questionable why they refuse to stand behind the products they sell. If you buy from here, which I obviously do not recommend, be certain to inspect everything you buy thoroughly before you even hand them your money. I will not be shopping here anymore, and I will recommend to all of my co-workers who I had previously encouraged to shop at this store to no longer do so. All the owner had to do was replace my item; I did not even want or expect a refund. I am now stuck with a leaking tank. Very poor customer support and service.
