This store is so lucky to have Nancy as a cashier and her manager, Ruth. These two ladies corrected a small problem for me and because of their selfless customer service created a customer for life!

The worker at the front knew exactly where the items that I wanted were at. The cashier was very easy going and gave me no problems at checking out. Tons of selection on the item’s I was looking for but mainly from one supplier.

The Hobby Lobby in Baytown, TX has terrible customer service. If you have a problem DO NOT speak to the front managers… always ask for the store manager. The front managers seem to feel very important and do not deal with the customer in a very friendly manner. So… do not waste your time with them and ask to speak to the higher ups! The store manager needs to talk to his employees and let them know that the customer should be and is always number ONE!

pretty much my go-​to place for frames & crafts
associates are a bit hard to locate, so visit with patience (they’re used to catering to crafty artists…)
don’t forget about the continuous and ongoing coupons and discounts that are readily available
if you don’t find the coupon you want, you may find a 40% off coupon on your smart phone & simply show it to the clerk

This location was packed on Black Friday, and it was still clean, workers working, the lines were moving really fast, and they had a lot of great halloween deals, and as well as all the Christmas stuff up.
