Sadly another physician’s office whose reputation is ruined by the front office staff. I called to schedule an appointment for both myself and my daughter. At the time when I scheduled my appointment I didn’t know my insurance ID number, the young lady I spoke with said, she would look it, and if there was any problems she would call me back. Famous last words, she never called back. I took off work, took my daughter out of school, only to find out she never checked, and they didn’t accept my insurance. No apology was offered for my 30 minute drive or wasting my time, she just went on with whatever her daily duties were, and I was sent to find another dentist.

IVI Sanguinetti DDS or better known as the singing doctor… yes she sings. The staff is friendly and professional and know everyone by name. You don’t waste time sitting around waiting to be seen. You sign in and within minutes your called to the back to have your evaluations done by the dental assistant. Once she is done Dr. Sanguinetti takes over. Better known as the singing doctor. She sings while she works. Don’t worry, she wears a mask :-). But she keeps you entertained while your getting your cleaning done or if you have fillings to do. She is even up to date on current events, movies and sports! Yep can’t go wrong with a singing dentist. What I like about the office is that I is never crowded. It’s always a one on one experience and she takes her time to make sure your teeth are top notch. Dr. Sanguinetti is also certified to do invisalign. I get a comforting, family feel when I walk into the office. My husband and son also get attended by Dr. Sanguinetti and we have no complaints. Great office environment, clean, professional and friendly.
