This Quality Inn is not up to Quality Inn’s usual standards. The hotel is old and not well insulated from highway sounds when the A/​C is not running. Although the front door has a no-​smoking in the building sign, our room which was stated to be non-​smoking by the clerk had to be exchanged for a real non-​smoking room because the odor of smoke burned my wife’s eyes and choked me upon entering. The halls are narrow and the rooms so small we could not get the luggage cart in the room. On the other hand, this Quality Inn is attractive and clean both outside and inside. The rate is appropriately low and the staff very polite and friendly.

Very LOUD hotel — and hardly any sleep.
For Non-​smoking — the hallway smelled like an ashtray.
Evening front-​desk help was not kind or helpful.
I stay at Choice Hotels a lot and this was huge disappointment.
