I really like these sandwiches. The sweet tea is really good and I always go for the sour cream and onion chips. There are alot of bad reviews in this place but I have never had bad food, bad service and I think the price is fair. People just need to consider the food cost has gone up and over head for a business is expensive. People always want something for nothing!!! lol I’ll be back :)

Waited in line for almost 12 minutes to be told that the card machine was down. The manager wouldn’t allow for a comp but asked for my credit card number to charge at a later time. …lol…yeah, right! Horrible customer service with no regard for a consumer’s time. I’m sure proper procedure would have been to give your customers their options before having to waste anymore time trying to reach the window or have a worker come out of the building to notify your customers of the situation. Chick fil a would have, but maybe that’s why their business is booming. Treat customers with respect, and in return they’ll be loyal to you… words of wisdom.

The best thing about Schlotzsky’s is their cool yet hard to pronounce name. Unfortunately, their sandwiches are overpriced and not any better than Subway.
For strange reason, however, they charge at least 30% more for their food.
Why…because the bread is round?
I’ve tried to like this chain but paying $ 10 for a sandwich meal that has no taste is just too hard to justify.
Having said that, this restaurant is clean and the service is good. Friendly staff and they keep the place is top condition.
So overall, this is a good place to go if you want to overpay for below-average food served to you with a smile, on clean pristine tables.

The sandwich was perfectly fine but it cost almost $ 10 for a combo meal which doesn’t make sense to me. I would not go there again for solely this reason.

Friendly customer service. Sandwiches are decent proportion. Angus cheddar is my favorite so far. The restaurant was busy and seemed to be clean. Took a star off for the price. Had a small Cinnabon for dessert and was small for two dollars.

I haven’t eaten at a Schlotzsky’s in forever so I decided to try this one out. I got a club sandwich and potato soup. The soup was really good, the sandwich not so much. I don’t think I like the bread they use. It’s tough and rubbery and makes me think this must be what memory foam tastes like. Service was ok.
