Every time I try to go to this location close to closing they always have a new excuse for shutting down early. I went tonight 45 min before closing and they told me they were having technical difficulties and would be back open in 20 min. So I waited and 20 min later I went through the drive through and they said they had already shut everything down. If there’s a manager on duty late at night, they do a terrible job.

I have yet to get a wrong order from this location no matter how busy they are. The staff is always polite and friendly as well. My only complaint is there is no longer a location on the South side of town. I have to drive a bit to get my burrito fix, and that saddens me.

friend ordered something, completely received something totally different. their customer service is terrible. the drive-​thru, don’t be surprised if you get something that you didnt order.
