This arcade have some cute dolls but the staffs wouldn’t let me switch dolls from the same crane machine. It is already hard to crane one because it is very loose and it isn’t allowed to exchange. It does not have a sign saying it isn’t allowed either. The staff can say whatever they want. So what, if I won the doll. If it isn’t the one My daughter want then it’s not fun at all. I came in to the arcade with my daughter hoping to crane something that she want! And now my daughter and I have to leave the arcade with sadness because I can’t exchange the doll my daughter want. Other arcades would let you exchange from the same crane machine.

I’ve lived down here for 16 years and this place used to be a summer outing we looked forward to. I’ll never come back: after purchasing tokens today, the ladies in our group were not allowed on rides unless we left our handbags with the attendant(who wasn’t even watching the bags on the ground). After refusing to leave my $ 2k bag on the ground, which they wouldn’t be responsible for if someone stole, we got off the ride. When we requested our tokens back from the teller, we were referred to a security manager. He was nasty and pointed to a sign that said«no loose articles». Sorry but if handbags are not allowed, that should Be clearly stated. It also means no loose cell phones. Of course, they wanted us to purchase a locker. It’s all a scam for them to make money and this 16 yr veteran is done.

LOVEIT!!! This place holds a true spot in my heart because I’ve been coming down here since I was born and every single time we spend at least one day here. I’m 21 years old and still take great joy in the arcade! It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours down here! HIGHLYRECOMMEND!!!

Our 4&7 years old girls had a great time here. We paid the P.O.P(pay one price) special on Friday from 4−7pm and we all got in more rides than the last time we were here for half the price. $ 60 for unlimited rides for a family of four is great especially when vacationing on a budget.

Place is kinda small. Prices are crazy for rides and the arcade. I would probly not return cause of that. Otherwise place was clean and kids had fun just not my wallet

Fantasy Island holds a special place in my and my family’s hearts. Ever since I was a baby, my huge family and I have come down to LBI for a week each summer. Fantasy Island was always one of the big outings. I remember having the time of my life riding all the little kiddie rides with my cousins. The park is small, but then again it’s not meant to be a Six Flags or anything. It’s just a cute little park to have some fun when on the island, and to take a break from the beach. They have a nice selection of rides and game booths. We all love going on the Sea Dragon as well as the ferris wheel, offering excellent views of Beach Haven.(especially at night!) To top it all off, we always get funnel cakes and ice cream at the little shop they have inside the park. So many great memories here. Fast forward 19 years. Nowadays, we’ve grown up. While my family still has some little tots that enjoy the mini coaster and the bumble bee ride, most of us go straight to their epic arcade– a.k.a. Atlantic City for kids.(Not joking, they have slot machines) It’s huge with a massive selection of classic arcade games(good ol’ Pac Man is my go-to) as well as the ticket machines that practically swallow your twenties. Nonetheless, all that money gets put to good use(the kids will argue) since they have an equally enormous selection of prizes to choose from. Obviously, it don’t come cheap. Most of the real good prizes(Xbox’s, iPads, etc.) range in the millions of tickets, but there are plenty of those cheap little tchotchkes to keep the little ones entertained. Even though you’ll walk out with a paper-thin wallet, we always have a good time.(That is, until parents have to drag their screaming and crying children out when its time to go home)

Great place for young children. Adults have no fun, but it’s all for the kids. Ages 2 — 10 will enjoy. Rides are expensive but there isn’t much.

Unlike most of the carnival games in Seaside, these aren’t rigged(for the most part.) Employees seem to enjoy their jobs, and they have all of the traditional games. My only hesitation is how safe the rides are– leaving them uncovered all year in the salt air seems dangerous.

The park is clean and the staff seems friendly. The bathrooms could use some attention at times especially during the summer season. It is not cheapest in terms of ride prices however. Ride Tokens are 95 cents each $ 19 for a 20 Token roll $ 38 for a 40 Token roll So essentially a ride like the scrambler which is 5 tokens would cost almost $ 10 for two riders if you didn’t buy tokens in rolls. Your best bet is to get your tokens during the pre-season sale. Inside the arcade is very well kept, lots of games, air hockey, basketball, skeeball, and other token and ticket dispensing games. The crane games as much as I love them are too rigged any more with all the new digitally controlled ones that don’t let you win by how well you maneuver the crane but how long someone is feeding it money(YouTube it you will understand) All in all it’s worth the trip. They close at 6 on Sundays in the offseason.

I cannot personally comment on the rides of this park as I do not ride rides. My go took her nieces and nephews on a lot of rides and they had a blast on every one. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but, with the amount of people coming and going at night it’s to be expected. The prices were reasonably cheap for the rides and for the fun. They seemed to have good concession stands and quick grab stuff. All and all its a cool place to go at night with all the lights if you like rides or just want to walk around.

Great little family amusement park and arcade. The place is really clean and they have some decent rides for kids. I’ve been known to kill a couple hours in the arcade on more than one occasion as well. It’s the next block down from bay village so you can park right in the municipal lot and walk right over.

Brought kids ages 2 – 9. Rides are fairly expensive in general. Rides are more expensive for the older kids. Games are a bit of a rip off. Thursday offers promotion where some rides are discounted. Keeping expectations reasonable, kids enjoy this place — just puts a bit of dent in your wallet.

I feel like a regular at this place now. Very familiar with all the rides & games since we come here once a year, every summer without fail. The kids LOVE this place. For being so small(what, half a block?) there’s a LOT packed into this place. Rides fit for small kids & big kids alike. This year the children had a tremendous amount of fun at the dance competitions and even scored a wristband for free rides! Nice! I was blown away when the DJ came out and gave a voucher to my other daughter who didn’t win the danceoff too. Who does that? Hats off to the staff here. Also, because funnel cake.

Buy tickets for tokens in the off season and save yourself half of the fortune that it’s going to cost to bring the kids to the only amusement park on the island. A must do, clean and almost courteous staff make it not-so-terrible after seeing and hearing how excited the kids get when going to FI.

My husband and I took our two year old daughter here one night and we weren’t disappointed! Cute rides for her age and the boardwalk/arcade was nice too! The whole park was so clean, unlike a lot of the parks by the beaches. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area with little kids.

We come here regularly every summer. I have a 3-year-old who loves it and never wants to leave. The park is definitely more for the kiddies, so he runs from ride to ride excitedly. It is a bit expensive — anywhere from $ 3-$ 5 per person per ride, but there are pre-season deals on ride tokens that can save you a bunch of money on that. The arcade is fantastic, although the crane machines used to be MUCH more winnable. But tons of games from arcade-style to skeeball to slot machines. I also have to mention — the ice cream shop within the park is among the best on the island. All in all, a great time for both kids and adults. But beware — you can spend a lot of money here FAST!

This place seams a lot bigger as a toddler than as an adult. Lol. Mainly based for the kiddies but enough adult-sized rides for a night: bumper cars, small roller coaster, that pendulum sea dragon ride, ferris wheel. $ 20 for 4 rides on the adult-sized rides. Which is fine, as long as you don’t want to ride all of them twice. The place is clean and has zeppole and funnel cakes, mmmmmmm. The arcade is standard for the shore. BOTTOMLINE: family friendly clean amusement park for a summer evening, however this isn’t Great Adventure.

Small little amusement park catering, of course, to the younger crowd. Their rides remind me of a mobile carnival that you go to when your local town has a festival. They do have an animal show which I hear is interesting yet humorous. Their prices seem to be high for what they offer. It’s a decent stop(and pretty much only one) if you are looking for the kids to be distracted for while.

The hours listed on Unilocal are INCORRECT during the summer — They are open EVERYDAY in July and August, usually opening at 6 p.m. You can check the schedule here: . ALSO, in the summer(June through July, I believe) the park does a CHRISTMAS in July celebration that involves a completely free magic/variety show for the children. Too cool! My family loves this little amusement park situated right on the main strip of LBI. We’ve been coming here for years and have never had a problem. It’s mainly geared for younger children, maybe aged 4 – 12, but even the older kids can find amusement on the small freefall ride and the gigantic swinging ship. Their assortment of small amusements also contains a miniature roller coaster, an adorable ferris wheel that’s brightly lit in the evenings, and bumper cars. We recently visited Fantasy Island with my 6 and 2-year old cousins and they loved the little train ride that allowed the kids sitting in the front car to ring a bell throughout. The park also has a row of carnival games down one of its sides that can be played by almost any age. We partook in the water gun/balloon competition, the basketball hoops, the fishing, the wiffle ball toss, and the baseball throwing challenge. Most of the games cost $ 1-$ 2 per person which I found to be pretty average. The teenagers tending the carnival tents were surprisingly friendly and helpful and even apologized when my cousin didn’t knock down enough to win a small prize. Overall, I recommend Fantasy Island for families with ANY age children as there’s something for almost anyone and it’s large enough that a group can spend 2 – 3 hours there without becoming bored. PLUS the arcade next door provides some extra entertainment and the park has food stands that serve meals(hamburgers, fries, etc.) and snacks(cotton candy, popcorn, etc.) in case anyone gets hungry. There’s also a Ben & Jerry’s next door on the other side of the arcade. The ride tokens are a bit pricey and so are some of the games in the arcade, but you are down the shore, after all. We didn’t find any of it to be too overwhelming.

This is a nice little amusement park, especially for younger kids, but it is a serious money drain for what you get. $ 34 will get two kids four rides each on the bigger rides. Yep four 90 second rides for $ 34. And yes, you will spend more if you can’t say no to your kids… I guess it’s a fun place to people watch… especially the teenagers all trying to hook up. If you don’t mind spending a small fortune on carnival rides being run by teenagers who would rather be hooking up, then this is your place… but I personally think the water park is more fun… still expensive, but more fun.
