Yes, I’m writing a review of a large brand, but really what I’m talking about here is customer service, people. I’m not sure I’ve received better customer service than I did at this particular location. Here’s my story: I came in a day before a large event I was hosting looking for something unique, funny and classy to wear. I brought my sister to help, but the sales rep was spot.on. She helped me narrow down my search to a specific look, taking into account pieces and parts of what I said I liked around the store. She even suggested other places to look so that I could get the complete look I wanted. Ultimately, with her special attention, I found an amazing blazer, the perfect shirt and accessories – which I purchased after I found a better skirt at another store. I was so happy. And then, someone stole everything I purchased. Two hours later. Gone. A day before my event. AHHH! I was so upset, but I wanted to call the store to make sure they didn’t take a return from the person who stole my things. The manager answered the phone, remembered me from that day and immediately calmed me. She reassured me no return or exchange would be accepted and they’d even try to hang onto the merchandise if it came in. But it didn’t end there – they even offered to give me 20% off when I came in the next morning in a huge rush to find something else for my event. Even though I was in a frazzled rush, they helped me pick out a similar outfit that made me even happier than the first, with above-awesome service AND they gave me a discount, so I spent less. These ladies rock.
