I called last minute for a massage (for an 11a spot). I was given Steve and oh. my. gosh! He was WONDERFUL!!! He used exactly the right amount of pressure on my back and neck. I told him about the trouble areas there and he asked if I would like the entire time spent on my back and neck. I accepted immediately as my legs and feet are fine. I also purchased the peppermint head massage as I had walked in with a headache. Even though my headache was gone after the massage, I would definitely add the head massage again… HEAVENLY! I heartily recommend Steve as he is an expert masseuse and so willing to work with your needs. I did not hesitate to purchase the monthly package as I’m already counting down the days to my next visit. The ONLY thing I would change about my visit would be to have different music. It was a gentle piano and it was fine, but I love the typical spa music to relax to. I may have had an option with it, I just didn’t ask.

Aside from a clean and modern environment, I was not impressed with my first massage, especially for the price. Felt it was short and it was not what I expected or asked for. Was very rough and some of the technique inappropriate and very awkward. I will not be coming back to this one.

Love this place! Chad has magic hands! I always leave feeling wonderful — Chad has full knowledge of his craft and explains as he is going along so you know what and why. I will not be going anywhere else!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO GET A MASSAGE IN CLEVELAND! I personally have been to 4 or 5 different places and the staff as well as the service here are superior. Their availability for same day services is amazing as well, you can call and they will work with you to find a time that works for you. The service staff is extremely friendly and professional, when you walk into the rooms it is relaxing and calm. I’m still figuring out which services I like the most and what add ons I have as options, but they are super helpful without being pushy to add on more products. I have a membership (even if I miss a month the massage doesn’t expire – which was such a pleasant surprise) and intend to renew it.

New branch of the national franchise which just opened in Beachwood. I called ahead and they were able to get me in the same day for the «signature» hot stone massage. The lobby is clean and bright, where I was offered regular or coconut water while filling in the intro paperwork. No dim relaxation room like in other similar venues.
Chelsea got me in promptly for the 50 min «1 hour» massage. The treatment rooms are clean, although the tables/​sheets are not heated, which I would’ve liked. The hot stone massage is basically a Swedish-​type massage with the stones; they did not let the heated stones sit on the body like others I’ve seen. I requested a firm massage targeting a tight shoulder area. While Chelsea did a good job of working on the tight areas, even with a little extra at the end when I mentioned that I still felt tight, I still left feeling sore in the same area.
While the massage was relaxing, I might need to keep looking for my go-​to place for fixing tense muscles.

I was driving down chagrin blvd and noticed hand and stone. I walked in and was able to get a facial immediately. Caitlin did a wonderful job. My skin feels so clean and refreshed I can’t wait to go back.
The spa is beautiful and the hustle and bustle of the outside world is left behind when you walk through the doors. Calming music and sweet smells greet you. I came in very tense and left relaxed and feeling and looking great
