Torrid

Having never been to another Torrid location, I was pretty impressed with this one. Finally, plus-​sized clothes that are stylish and not made for a middle-​aged working woman (which is what I think of when I see Lane Bryant or Dress Barn … blech).
When I went, there was a «buy one, get the 2^nd 50% off» sale, which was pretty great considering I was already in the Clearance section (and this sale applied to everything). I was able to get a sweater, a pair of shorts, a pair of casual cotton capris, and a shrug (yes, they still make those) for a semi-​reasonable price.
The staff was helpful and friendly. However, they were a little too in-​your-​face for my taste. Leave me alone! If I am looking to buy, I will buy. I don’t need your help looking unless I ask, and I don’t really need my name written on the dressing room door.
