EGA is a wonderful school taught by a passionate teacher, Mike Palladino. His level of dedication and expertise, mixed with the fun and friendly atmosphere at the gym, creates a professional and enjoyable martial arts experience. My wife and I go to this gym and cannot recommend it enough to our friends. If you are interested in this school, I highly recommend that you just show up and try a class to see for yourself.

Mike is an awesome trainer, he has programs for kids, adults and women. He has women’s fitness classes Mon.- Thurs. 6:30 until 7:30. I hate going to a regular gym so this is perfect for me he has lots of equipment to work with, things that you won’t find in a regular gym.
